DAY 01: HANOI - NOI BAI - SAPA - MOANA (MEALS: - / LUNCH / DINNER)
06:20: Guests gather at the meeting point on Tran Quang Khai Street as previously arranged before departure to complete procedures and depart for Sapa via the Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway. Normally, our vehicles travel along Hoang Quoc Viet, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai Airport, then enter the expressway. Therefore, pickup is available at these points. Guests are required to register their pickup point before departure.
Note: If guests arrive early at Noi Bai Airport and check out before 07:45, we will support airport pickup. For guests arriving the night before and staying at hotels near Noi Bai (Dien Xa area), pickup will be at the lobby of Noi Bai Airport Hotel between 07:45 - 08:00.
13:00 - 13:30: Arrival in Sapa. Guests have lunch at the hotel, then check in and rest. If staying at Long Anh hotel, guests can rest immediately. For other hotel options, there will be a short 30-minute rest after lunch before the afternoon sightseeing.
Afternoon: The guide takes guests on a walking tour to Moana Sapa, a scenic check-in spot featuring artificial structures harmoniously blended with nature, creating a unique and beautiful landscape. Located 500m from the Stone Church, the site covers over 10,000m² with panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range and Fansipan peak. It includes 7 main attractions such as Bali Gate, Moana Statue, Infinity Lake, Golden Hand, Death Swing, Lonely Tree, and Coffee Area.
18:00: Dinner. Free time in the evening. Guests may take photos at Sapa Stone Church, visit the Love Market (held on Saturday evenings), or enjoy local grilled specialties with San Lung rice wine to experience Sapa’s cold atmosphere. Overnight in Sapa.
DAY 02: SAPA - FANSIPAN - CAT CAT VILLAGE (MEALS: BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)
07:00: Breakfast at the hotel. Leisure time with a morning coffee at the restaurant.
08:00: Transfer to Fansipan Cable Car Station to begin the journey to conquer Fansipan via the world’s most modern 3-rope cable car system with cabins accommodating up to 30 passengers.
From the upper station, passing through Heaven’s Gate (Thanh Van Dac Lo), visitors enter a mystical cloud landscape. Visit Bich Van Zen Monastery at over 2,000m, then continue to admire the 21.5m tall bronze statue of Amitabha Buddha at 3,000m altitude. Pass the 18 Arhat statues, Kim Son Bao Thang Pagoda complex, and other spiritual sites. The landscape is enriched with centuries-old rhododendron trees blooming in seasonal colors.
Finally, after climbing 600 stone steps, guests reach the 3,143m summit of Fansipan – the “Roof of Indochina”.
Lunch: Return to Sapa town for lunch.
Afternoon: Visit Cat Cat Village to explore the daily life of the H’Mong ethnic people, visit Tien Sa waterfall, and enjoy traditional cultural performances at the old hydroelectric station.
18:00: Dinner. Free time in the evening. Optional herbal bath with Red Dao medicinal leaves (self-paid). Overnight in Sapa.
DAY 03: SAPA - CAN CAU MARKET - HANOI (MEALS: BREAKFAST / LUNCH / -)
06:30: Check out and breakfast at the hotel.
07:00: Depart for Si Ma Cai to visit Can Cau Market, a large ethnic minority market of the Giay, H’Mong, and Hoa people. The market is held on Saturdays and special holidays, running from early morning to noon. It is also the largest buffalo market in Northwest Vietnam.
10:00: Free time to explore and shop at the market, experiencing local culture and trading activities.
12:00: Lunch at a local restaurant. Guests may also try local specialties such as Thang Co with Bac Ha corn wine.
13:30: Depart back to Lao Cai.
17:00: Board the bus back to Hanoi from Coc San area (Lao Cai).
21:00: First drop-off at Kim Anh intersection, where guests may take a taxi to Noi Bai Airport (3km) or pay an additional 50,000 VND/person for direct airport drop-off.
22:00: Arrival in Hanoi. End of tour. See you again!
Important Notes:
Schedules may vary depending on flight times or other conditions. Please inform us in advance if you wish to return earlier or later.
During holidays, large buses (16 seats and above) may be restricted in Sapa. Guests may need to walk or use local transport, except for Fansipan where transport is still available.
Mandatory additional costs:
Children (please read carefully to understand children’s service standards):
• Children from 1–4 years old: Free of charge (parents are responsible for all any additional expenses related to the child). Each 02 adults are allowed to accompany 01 free child. From the second child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged (including half meal portions and other related services in the tour, but the child must share a bed with parents).
• In case 01 adult travels with 01 free-child, this child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price. In addition, the adult is still required to pay the single-room supplement according to regulations.
• Children from 5–9 years old: Charged 75% of the tour price (including separate meals, a seat on the Sapa transport, and entrance tickets for children). If the child exceeds the height limit and is required to purchase an adult ticket at attractions, only up to 75% of the ticket price will be covered (any additional cost must be paid directly to the tour guide). Two children at 75% rate are not counted as one adult; they do not have a separate bed and must share with parents.
• Children from 10 years old and above: Charged as adults and enjoy full adult service standards.
