Please read carefully to understand the pricing and service standards for children.

Children aged 1–4

• Tour services are free of charge. A vehicle surcharge of VND 300,000 per child applies in accordance with current road traffic regulations on the maximum number of passengers permitted in each type of vehicle.
• Parents are responsible for any other additional expenses.
• Each two adults may accompany only one child aged 1–4 free of charge. From the second child onward, the child will be charged 75% of the adult tour price.
• If one adult travels with one child aged 1–4, the child must also pay 75% of the adult tour price, including lunch and a separate seat on the vehicle.

Children aged 5–9

• Pay 75% of the adult tour price, including lunch and a separate seat on the vehicle.

Children aged 10 and above

• Pay the full adult tour price.

Sightseeing and Cable Car Tickets for Children

• Children of any age who are taller than 120 cm are charged the adult rate for sightseeing entrance tickets and cable car tickets.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

• Due to the nature of this shared-group tour, guests can purchase travel insurance only if all the following conditions are met:
• The tour must be booked at least two days before departure, excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Guests must provide complete and accurate information, including full name and date of birth, at the time of booking.
• Guests joining the tour—especially tours involving boats, trains, aircraft, or travel to border areas—must carry valid identification documents, such as a national ID card or passport.
• Children under 14 must bring at least a birth certificate.
• Guests aged 14 and above must carry a valid national ID card or passport.
• We recommend bringing basic medication for diarrhea, stomach discomfort, colds, and fever.
• Vegetarian guests are advised to bring additional vegetarian food to suit their dietary preferences.
• Tour services that guests choose not to use are non-refundable.
• The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing stops according to actual conditions on each departure date, provided that all attractions listed in the itinerary remain included.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guests are responsible for their own health, including any chronic medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint or bone disorders, congenital conditions, undiagnosed or underlying illnesses, HIV/AIDS, mental health or neurological disorders, and pregnancy. These conditions are excluded from the scope of travel insurance under the stated policy.
• Where necessary, guests may be required to sign a declaration regarding their medical conditions before joining the tour.
• The tour operator accepts no responsibility for cases in which guests fail to disclose medical conditions, provide inaccurate medical information, or experience circumstances falling outside the coverage of the tour's travel insurance.
• Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all locations throughout the journey. The tour operator is not liable for the loss of money, valuables, airline tickets, or other personal property.
