DAY 01: HANOI – NOI BAI – SAPA – MOANA (MEALS: - / LUNCH / DINNER)

06:20: Guests gather at the meeting point on Tran Quang Khai Street (pre-arranged before departure) to complete procedures and depart for Sapa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai expressway. Normally, the bus will pass through Hoang Quoc Viet, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai Airport and then join the expressway. Therefore, pickup can be arranged at these locations (advance registration required).

Note: If guests arrive early at Noi Bai Airport and check out before 07:45, we can arrange airport pickup. For guests arriving the night before and staying at hotels near Noi Bai, pickup will be at Noi Bai Airport Hotel lobby between 07:45–08:00.

13:00–13:30: Arrival in Sapa. Lunch at the hotel, then check in and rest (if staying at Long Anh Hotel, check-in immediately after lunch). Other hotel options may include a 30-minute rest before afternoon sightseeing.

Afternoon: The tour guide takes guests on a walking tour to Moana Sapa – a unique check-in complex harmoniously blended with nature. Located 500m from the Stone Church, the 10,000m² site offers panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son range and Fansipan peak. Highlights include Bali Gate, Moana Statue, Infinity Lake, Golden Hand, Death Swing, Lonely Tree, and Coffee Area.

18:00: Dinner. Free time in the evening. Guests may take photos at Sapa Stone Church, explore the Love Market (Saturday nights), or enjoy grilled local specialties with San Lung rice wine. Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 02: SAPA – FANSIPAN – CAT CAT VILLAGE (MEALS: BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)

07:00: Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy coffee and relax.

08:00: Transfer to Fansipan Cable Car Station to begin the journey conquering Fansipan via the world’s most modern 3-wire cable car system with cabins for up to 30 passengers.

From the upper station, pass through Heaven Gate (Thanh Van Dac Lo), Bich Van Zen Monastery at over 2,000m altitude, and admire the 21.5m tall Amitabha Buddha statue at 3,000m altitude. Continue through Arhat Path with 18 bronze Arhat statues, then visit Kim Son Bao Thang Pagoda complex with traditional Vietnamese temple architecture. Finally, reach Fansipan peak at 3,143m – the Roof of Indochina.

12:00: Return to Sapa town for lunch.

Afternoon: Visit Cat Cat Village to explore the daily life of the H’Mong ethnic people, visit Tien Sa Waterfall, and enjoy traditional cultural performances at the old hydroelectric station.

18:00: Dinner. Free time. Optional Red Dao herbal bath (self-paid). Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 03: SAPA – CAN CAU MARKET – HANOI (MEALS: BREAKFAST / LUNCH / -)

06:30: Check out and breakfast at the hotel.

07:00: Depart for Can Cau Market in Si Ma Cai – one of the largest highland ethnic markets in Northern Vietnam, mainly featuring H’Mong, Giay, and Hoa ethnic groups. It is also the largest buffalo market in Northwest Vietnam.

10:00: Free time to explore and shop at the market, experiencing local culture.

12:00: Lunch at a local restaurant. Try local specialties such as Thang Co with corn wine.

13:30: Depart back to Lao Cai.

17:00: Board the bus back to Hanoi from Coc San area.

21:00: First drop-off at Kim Anh junction (near Noi Bai Airport). Optional airport drop-off surcharge 50,000 VND/person.

22:00: Arrive in Hanoi. End of tour.

Service includes

  • Double cabin sleeper bus (02 persons/01 cabin) round trip Hanoi – Sapa – Hanoi. Due to the daily tour schedule and the sleeper bus design for rest, there is usually no tour guide accompanying the group from Hanoi.
  • Seating bus from 4 to 29 seats for sightseeing transfers in Sapa.
  • Hotel accommodation as registered standard, 02 guests per room (in case of odd number of guests, room will be shared with 3 persons).
  • 03 lunches at 120,000 VND per meal.
  • 01 sturgeon hotpot dinner and 01 chicken hotpot or mixed hotpot dinner.
  • 02 buffet breakfasts according to hotel standards.
  • Professional local guide with strong cultural knowledge serving the group in Sapa (due to special regulations of cable car tickets and guide policy at Fansipan Legend, a guide will accompany guests to the top of Fansipan only for groups with a minimum of 05 cable car passengers).
  • 01-time entrance ticket to Moana and Cat Cat Village.
  • Sightseeing costs for Can Cau Market as per itinerary.
Service exclude

  • VAT invoice: (if an invoice is required, it must be requested in advance and an additional VAT fee will be charged as regulated).
  • Round-trip Fansipan cable car ticket: Guests may register in advance when booking the tour or pay directly to the tour guide in Sapa at the official retail price with no additional fees. In case guests or partners purchase tickets independently, an extra surcharge of 50,000 VND/person will be applied, or guests will arrange their own visit to Fansipan.
  • Muong Hoa train ticket and mountain train ticket: These are optional tickets that guests may purchase for additional experience. Whether or not using these services does not affect the tour itinerary.
  • Drinks during meals, at the hotel, and other personal expenses.
  • Tour guide accompanying the group to Fansipan Peak only applies if the group has 3 guests or fewer.
  • Tips for driver and tour guide:
    If guests are satisfied with the service, tipping is optional and at their discretion. It is not mandatory, but the recommended minimum is 50,000 VND/person/day.
    For international guests: standard tipping is 3 USD/person/day.
  • Mandatory extra costs:
    Single room surcharge applies if a guest travels alone and cannot be arranged to share a room, or requests a private room. The surcharge depends on each hotel’s policy.

Children policy

Children (please read carefully to understand child policy):

• Children aged 1–4 years are free of charge for services (parents are responsible for all additional expenses related to the child). Each 02 adults are allowed to accompany only 01 free child. From the second child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged (including half meal portions and other related services in the tour, but the child must share a bed with parents). In case a single adult travels with 01 free-child, the child must pay 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult will also need to pay an additional single-room surcharge as regulated.

• Children aged 5–9 years are charged 75% of the tour price: including separate meal portions, bus seat in Sapa, and children’s entrance tickets. In cases where the child must purchase an adult ticket due to height restrictions at attractions, only up to 75% of the ticket value will be covered; any additional cost must be paid directly to the tour guide by the family. Two children charged at 75% are not counted as one adult package, do not have separate beds, and must share a bed with parents.

• Children aged 10 years and above are charged as adults and receive full adult services.

Other general notes:

• Guests are required to bring valid personal identification documents (ID card/Passport). Children under 14 years old must carry a birth certificate at minimum. Guests aged 14 and above must have an ID card or Passport.

• It is recommended to bring medication for diarrhea, cold, and fever.

• Vegetarian guests are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to suit their dietary preferences.

• Any services included in the tour that are not used by guests, and are not due to the fault of the tour operator, will not be refunded.

• The tour guide reserves the right to adjust the order of sightseeing destinations to suit actual departure conditions, as long as all destinations in the program are ensured.

• Customers are fully responsible for their own health in all circumstances. Guests are required to inform the tour operator of any personal medical conditions (if any) in order to receive appropriate health advice for each registered tour.

• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all places during the trip. The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of money, valuables, airline tickets, or personal belongings during the journey.
