Children Policy (please read carefully to understand the children’s standards):

• Children from 1–4 years old: Free of charge (parents are responsible for all additional costs related to the child).
  • Each 02 adults may accompany only 01 free child. From the second child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged (including half meal portions and other related tour services, but the child must share a bed with parents).
  • In cases where 01 adult travels with 01 child under the free policy, the child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price. In addition, the adult must also pay the required single room supplement.
• Children from 5–9 years old: Charged at 75% of the tour price.
  • Includes separate meal portions, a seat on the sightseeing vehicle in Sapa, and children’s entrance tickets.
  • If the child exceeds the height requirement of the tourist site and must purchase an adult entrance ticket, only up to 75% of the ticket cost will be covered by the tour. Any additional charges must be paid directly to the tour guide by the family.
  • Two children charged at 75% are not considered equivalent to one adult. They do not have separate beds and must share a bed with parents.
• Children from 10 years old and above: Charged as adults and entitled to full adult services.

(*) Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are fully responsible for their own health conditions and chronic illnesses (including cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, diabetes, bone and joint diseases, etc.), congenital diseases, hidden medical conditions, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnancy, and other conditions that are not covered by insurance. If necessary, guests must sign a personal health commitment before joining the tour. The tour operator is not responsible for cases where guests fail to declare or provide inaccurate medical information, as well as any cases outside the scope of travel insurance coverage.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all places throughout the trip. The tour operator is not liable for any loss of money, valuables, air tickets, or personal property during the journey.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

• Any change of departure date must be notified at least 03 days before the departure date. The first change is free of charge. From the second change onward, a fee of 30% will be applied for each change. The booking information must remain unchanged except for the departure date.
• Cancellation at least 07 days before departure: 30% penalty
• Cancellation at least 03 days before departure: 50% penalty
• Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% penalty
• On the departure date, if guests are not present at the agreed time and location, or if the tour guide cannot contact the guest using the provided phone number and the guest does not proactively inform any changes, such cases will be considered a voluntary cancellation by the guest and will be charged 100% of the tour value.

Other General Notes:

• Guests joining the tour (especially tours involving boats, trains, airplanes, or travel to border areas) are required to carry valid identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport).
  • Children under 14 years old must at least carry a birth certificate.
  • Children aged 14 and above must have an ID card, Citizen ID, or passport.
• Guests are advised to bring common medications such as anti-diarrhea medicine and basic cold/fever medicine.
• Vegetarian guests are kindly requested to bring their own vegetarian food to suit their dietary needs.
• Any services included in the tour that are not used by guests will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing locations depending on actual conditions for each departure date, while still ensuring all destinations in the program are fully covered.
