DAY 01: HANOI – NOI BAI – SAPA – CAT CAT (MEALS: - / LUNCH / DINNER)
06:20: Guests gather at the meeting point on Tran Quang Khai Street as previously arranged before departure to complete procedures and depart for Sapa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway. Normally, our bus will travel via Hoang Quoc Viet, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai, and then join the expressway. Therefore, pickup can be arranged at these locations. Guests must register their pickup point before departure.
Note: If guests arrive at Noi Bai Airport on an early flight and check out before 07:45, we can arrange pickup at the airport. For guests who arrive the night before and stay at hotels in the Noi Bai area, pickup will be at the lobby of Noi Bai Airport Hotel between 07:45–08:00.
13:00–13:30: Arrival in Sapa. Guests have lunch at the hotel, then check in and rest (for Long Anh hotel option, check-in immediately). Other hotel options will allow a short 30-minute rest after lunch before the afternoon sightseeing program.
Afternoon: The guide will pick up guests for a walking tour to Cat Cat Village to explore the daily life of the H’Mong ethnic people, visit Tien Sa Waterfall, and enjoy a traditional cultural performance at the old hydroelectric station.
18:00: Dinner. Free time in the evening. Guests may take photos at Sapa Stone Church, explore the Sapa Love Market (held every Saturday night), or enjoy grilled local specialties with famous San Lung rice wine to warm up the cold Sapa weather. Overnight in Sapa.
DAY 02: SAPA – BAC HA MARKET – SAPA (MEALS: BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)
06:30: Breakfast at the hotel.
07:00: The bus picks up guests at the hotel and departs for Bac Ha. Bac Ha Market takes place every Sunday morning. It is a gathering place of many ethnic groups such as H’Mong, Dao, Tay, Nung, La Chi, Phu La, and others from surrounding areas for trading and social exchange. The market is divided into sections such as cattle, buffalo, goat, bird markets, and many other goods. It operates from around 07:00 in the morning until mid-afternoon.
10:00: Arrival at Bac Ha. Guests visit Bac Ha Market, immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere, and experience shopping with local people.
12:00: Lunch at a local restaurant. Guests may also try the local specialty “Thang Co” and Bac Ha corn wine.
Afternoon: Visit Hoang A Tuong Palace. Then return to Sapa by bus.
18:30: Dinner. Free time in the evening. Guests may enjoy a Red Dao herbal bath for relaxation and recovery (self-paid). Overnight in Sapa.
DAY 03: SAPA – FANSIPAN – HANOI (MEALS: BREAKFAST / LUNCH / -)
07:00: Breakfast at the hotel and leisure time. Enjoy a hot coffee at the restaurant.
08:00: The bus and tour guide transfer guests to the Fansipan Cable Car Station to begin the journey to conquer Fansipan using the world’s most modern 3-rope cable car system with cabins accommodating up to 30 passengers.
From the upper station, passing Thanh Van Gate leads to a land of clouds. Bich Van Zen Monastery, located at over 2,000m altitude, welcomes visitors with traditional Vietnamese architecture surrounded by mist. At around 3,000m altitude, guests can view the 21.5m tall bronze statue of Amitabha Buddha, majestically standing in the clouds.
Walking along the Arhat Path with 18 bronze Arhat statues leads to the Kim Son Bao Thang Pagoda complex, featuring ancient Vietnamese wooden temple architecture from the 15th–16th centuries, along with statues of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and Mountain Deity Shrine. Ancient rhododendron trees bloom seasonally with vibrant colors.
After climbing 600 stone steps, guests reach the summit of Fansipan at 3,143m – the Roof of Indochina, where they can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and personal moments of reflection.
Lunch: Return to Sapa town for lunch at a restaurant.
12:45: Transfer to the pickup point for the cabin or sleeper bus back to Hanoi.
19:00–19:30: Drop-off at either Kim Anh Junction or Noi Bai Airport.
20:00: Arrival at final drop-off point on Tran Quang Khai Street, Hanoi. End of tour.
Important notes:
If guests wish to return earlier or later than the standard schedule due to flight times or personal reasons, please inform us in advance when booking for proper arrangements.
During public holidays, large buses (16 seats and above) may be restricted in Sapa, requiring guests to walk with the guide or use taxis/motorbikes at their own expense. However, transportation to Fansipan remains normal. We appreciate your understanding.
• VAT invoice (if you require an invoice, please inform in advance and an additional VAT fee will be applied according to regulations).
• Round-trip Fansipan cable car ticket: Guests may register in advance when booking the tour or pay directly to the tour guide in Sapa at the official retail price with no additional charges. If customers or partners purchase the ticket themselves, an extra surcharge of 50,000 VND per guest will be applied, or guests will travel to Fansipan independently.
• Muong Hoa electric train ticket and mountain climbing train ticket: These are optional tickets that guests may purchase for experience purposes. Whether using these services or not will not affect the tour itinerary.
• Drinks during meals, at hotels, and other personal expenses.
• Tour guide for Fansipan peak ascent is provided only when the group has 3 guests or fewer.
• Tips for driver and tour guide:
– For Vietnamese guests: typically 50,000 VND per person per day.
– For international guests: 5 USD per person per day.
• Mandatory additional costs: Single room surcharge applies if guests register alone and cannot be paired with another guest, or if they request a private room. The surcharge depends on each hotel’s rate.
Children (please read carefully to understand children’s policy):
• Children from 1–4 years old are free of service charges, only seat fees on the bus are charged (according to the new regulation on maximum passenger capacity per vehicle under the Road Traffic Law).
• Note: Parents are responsible for any additional personal expenses. Each 02 adults may accompany only 01 child (1–4 years old). From the second child onwards, 75% of the tour price will be charged. If 01 adult travels with 01 child (1–4 years old), that child will also be charged 75% of the tour price (applying the same standard as 75%-priced children).
• Children from 5–9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (including meals and sightseeing tickets for children if the tour includes tickets for adults, and a separate seat on the bus, but sharing the bed with parents for tours of 2 days or more using hotels).
• Children from 10 years old and above are charged as adults, with full adult service standards.
• In cases where the tour includes sightseeing tickets and children are required to purchase adult tickets due to height restrictions at attractions, parents must pay the price difference directly to the tour guide.
• Change of departure date must be informed at least 03 days prior to the departure date. The first change is free of charge. From the second change onwards, a fee of 30% will be charged for each change. The booking information must remain unchanged when rescheduling.
• Cancellation at least 07 days before departure: 30% penalty.
• Cancellation at least 03 days before departure: 50% penalty.
• Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% penalty.
• On the departure date, if guests do not appear at the agreed time and location, or cannot be contacted via the provided phone number, and do not proactively inform the operator of any changes, this will be considered a voluntary cancellation (“no-show”), and a 100% penalty of the tour value will be applied.
General notes:
• Guests are required to bring valid identification documents (Citizen ID/Passport) when joining the tour. Children under 14 years old must bring a birth certificate at minimum. Children from 14 years old and above are required to have a Citizen ID/Passport.
• It is recommended to bring anti-diarrhea medication and common cold/fever medicine.
• Vegetarian guests are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their dietary preferences.
• Any service included in the tour that is not used by the guest, and is not due to the fault of the tour operator, will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to adjust the order of sightseeing destinations to suit the actual conditions of each departure date, as long as all destinations in the program are still fully included.
