Mandatory additional charge: Single room supplement applies in cases where guests register for the tour alone and we are unable to arrange a shared room with another guest, or when guests request a private room for single occupancy. The surcharge varies depending on the hotel category and pricing policy.

Children Policy (please read carefully to fully understand the children’s standards and conditions):

• Children from 1–4 years old: Free of charge (parents are responsible for all additional expenses related to the child).
  • Each 02 adults may accompany only 01 child free of charge. From the 2nd child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged (including half meal portions and other related tour services, but the child must share a bed with the parents).
  • In the case of 01 adult traveling with 01 child eligible for the free policy, the child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price. In addition, the adult must also pay the required single room supplement.
• Children from 5–9 years old: Charged at 75% of the adult tour price.
  • Includes separate meal portions, a separate seat on the sightseeing vehicle in Sapa, and children’s entrance tickets.
  • If the child exceeds the height limit regulated by the tourist attraction and must purchase entrance tickets at adult rates, the tour only covers up to 75% of the ticket cost. Any additional amount must be paid directly to the tour guide by the family.
  • Two children charged at 75% are not considered equivalent to one adult. They do not have separate beds and must share a bed with their parents.
• Children from 10 years old and above: Charged as adults and entitled to full adult services.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

• Any request to change the departure date must be made at least 03 days before the original departure date.
• The first departure date change is free of charge. From the 2nd, 3rd, and subsequent changes, a fee of 30% will be charged for each change.
• Changing the departure date does not allow changes to guest information.
• Cancellation at least 07 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
• Cancellation at least 03 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
• On the departure day, if guests are not present at the agreed meeting point and time, or if the tour guide cannot contact the guest using the provided phone number and the guest also does not proactively contact us regarding any changes, such cases will be considered as voluntary tour cancellation by the guest and will incur a 100% cancellation charge of the total tour value. 

Other General Notes:

• Guests joining the tour must carry valid identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport).
  • Children under 14 years old must at least carry a birth certificate.
  • Children aged 14 and above are required to carry identification documents similar to adults.
• Guests are advised to bring common medications such as medicine for stomach upset/diarrhea and cold or fever medicine.
• Vegetarian guests should bring additional vegetarian food to ensure it suits their personal taste.
• Any service included in the tour that guests choose not to use, for reasons not caused by the tour operator, will not be refunded.
• The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing destinations depending on actual conditions on each departure date, while still ensuring all attractions listed in the itinerary are fully covered.

(*) Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are fully responsible for their own health conditions and chronic illnesses (such as cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, diabetes, bone and joint disorders), congenital diseases, underlying medical conditions, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnancy, etc. These conditions are not covered by travel insurance.
  • When necessary, guests may be required to sign a personal health commitment before joining the tour.
  • The tour operator will not be responsible for cases where guests fail to declare medical conditions, provide dishonest information, or for situations outside the coverage scope of the tour insurance.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all locations throughout the trip.
  • The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of money, valuables, airline tickets, or personal property during the tour.
