06:20: Guests arrive at the meeting point on Tran Quang Khai Street as scheduled before departure to complete procedures and depart for Sapa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway. Our bus usually follows the route via Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai, and then enters the highway. Therefore, guests can be picked up along these points. Please register your pick-up location in advance.
Note: If guests arrive early at Noi Bai Airport and check out before 07:45, we will provide airport pick-up service. Guests arriving the night before and staying at hotels in the Dien Xa – Noi Bai area will be picked up at the lobby of Noi Bai Airport Hotel between 07:45–08:00.
13:00–13:30: Arrive in Sapa. Guests have lunch at the hotel, then check in and rest (if staying at Long Anh Hotel). For other hotel options, guests will rest for about 30 minutes after lunch before the afternoon tour.
Afternoon: The guide will take guests on foot to Moana Sapa – a scenic check-in site featuring artificial but harmoniously arranged structures integrated with nature, creating a unique and beautiful landscape. Located about 500m from the Stone Church, the site covers over 10,000m² with panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range and Fansipan peak. It includes seven main attractions popular among young visitors such as the Bali Gate, Moana statue, infinity lake, golden hand, death swing, lonely tree, and coffee area.
18:00: Dinner. Evening at leisure. Guests may visit Sapa Stone Church, explore the Love Market (held on Saturday nights), or enjoy local grilled specialties and the famous San Lung rice wine to warm up the cold Sapa night. Overnight in Sapa.
07:00: Breakfast at the hotel and relaxation. Enjoy a hot coffee at the restaurant.
08:00: Transfer to the Fansipan Cable Car Station to begin the journey conquering Fansipan via the world’s most modern 3-rope cable car system with cabins accommodating up to 30 passengers.
From the upper station, pass through Thanh Van Dac Lo Gate to enter the land of clouds. Bich Van Zen Monastery, located at over 2,000m altitude, welcomes visitors and Buddhists with pure Vietnamese architecture amidst mist and clouds. Continuing upward to 3,000m, visitors can admire the giant Amitabha Buddha statue made of bronze, 21.5m high, standing majestically in the clouds. In this sacred atmosphere, visitors may pray while surrounded by blooming rhododendrons, peaches, plums, and wildflowers.
From the statue, the Arhat Path leads to 18 bronze Arhat statues (2.5m high), guiding visitors to the Kim Son Bao Thang Pagoda complex featuring traditional Vietnamese wooden temple architecture from the 15th–16th centuries. Visitors may also see the Guan Yin statue and Mountain God Shrine. Ancient rhododendron trees over hundreds of years old grow here and bloom beautifully in March and April.
Finally, after climbing 600 stone steps, guests reach the summit of Fansipan at 3,143m – the Roof of Indochina. From here, visitors can enjoy panoramic views and personal reflections.
Lunch: Return to Sapa town for lunch at a restaurant.
Afternoon: Visit Cat Cat Village to explore the daily life of the H’Mong ethnic people, and visit the Tien Sa waterfall. Enjoy traditional cultural performances at the old hydroelectric station.
18:00: Dinner. Free time in the evening. Guests may experience Red Dao herbal bath (self-paid) for relaxation and recovery. Overnight in Sapa.
06:30: Check out and have breakfast at the hotel.
07:00: Depart for Simacai to visit Can Cau Market – a large and unique ethnic market of minority groups (mainly Giay, H’Mong, and Hoa people) located along provincial road TL153, connecting Bac Ha town and the border town of Si Ma Cai, Lao Cai province. The market is held every Saturday, during holidays and festivals, from early morning until noon. It is also the largest buffalo market in Northwest Vietnam, with hundreds of buffalo traded each session.
10:00: Free time to shop and explore local cultural traditions, experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of the market.
12:00: Lunch at a local restaurant. Guests may also try the famous local dish “Thang Co” with Bac Ha corn wine.
13:30: After lunch, depart back to Lao Cai.
17:00: Board the bus back to Hanoi from Coc San Bridge area (Lao Cai).
21:00: First drop-off point after the expressway is at Kim Anh Intersection, where guests can take a taxi to Noi Bai Airport (3km away), or pay an additional 50,000 VND per person for airport drop-off.
22:00: Arrive in Hanoi. End of tour. See you again!
Children Policy (please read carefully to understand children’s standards):
Children aged 1–4: Free of charge (parents are responsible for all additional expenses related to the child). Each 02 adults may accompany only 01 child free of charge. From the second child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged (including half-board meals and other related services), but the child must share a bed with parents. In case 01 adult travels with 01 child under the free policy, the child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult must additionally pay the single room surcharge according to regulations.
Children aged 5–9: Charged 75% of the tour price, including separate meals, a seat on the bus in Sapa, and children’s entrance tickets. If the child’s height exceeds the attraction’s regulations and an adult ticket is required, only up to 75% of the ticket cost will be covered; any additional difference must be paid directly to the tour guide by the family. Two children charged at 75% are not equivalent to one adult package. They do not have a separate bed and must share with parents.
Children aged 10 and above: Charged as adults and entitled to full adult services.
Booking Change & Cancellation Policy:
Changing the departure date must be notified at least 03 days prior to the departure date. The first change of departure date is free of charge. From the second and third changes onward, a fee of 30% will be applied for each change. All booking details must remain unchanged except for the departure date.
On the departure date, if guests are not present at the agreed time and location, or if the tour guide cannot contact the guest using the provided phone number and the guest does not proactively notify any changes, such cases will be considered a voluntary cancellation of the tour. A 100% cancellation fee of the total tour value will be applied.
General Notes:
Guests joining the tour (especially tours involving boats, trains, flights, or travel to border areas) must carry valid identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport). Children under 14 years old must carry a birth certificate at minimum. Children aged 14 and above are required to have an ID card, Citizen ID card, or passport.
Guests are advised to bring medication for diarrhea and common cold/fever.
Vegetarian guests are kindly requested to bring their own suitable food to ensure personal dietary preferences.
Any service included in the tour that is not used by the guest for reasons not caused by the tour operator will not be refunded.
The tour guide has the right to adjust the order of sightseeing destinations depending on specific departure conditions, as long as all destinations in the itinerary are still included.
(*) Customer Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for their own health conditions and any chronic illnesses (such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, bone and joint conditions), congenital diseases, latent illnesses, HIV/AIDS, mental or neurological disorders, pregnancy, etc., which are not covered by travel insurance. If necessary, guests must sign a declaration regarding their health condition before joining the tour. The tour operator is not responsible for any cases where guests fail to declare or provide inaccurate health information, nor for cases outside the scope of travel insurance coverage.
Guests are fully responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings at all times and in all locations throughout the trip. The tour operator is not liable for any loss of money, valuables, airline tickets, or personal property during the tour.
