Children Policy (please read carefully to understand the child service standards):

• Children from 1–4 years old: free of charge (parents are responsible for all additional expenses related to the child).
  • Every 02 adults may accompany only 01 free child; from the second child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged (including half meal portions and related tour services, but the child must share the bed with parents).
  • In the case of 01 adult traveling with 01 child eligible for the free policy, the child must pay 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult must also pay the required single room supplement.
• Children from 5–9 years old: charged at 75% of the tour price, including separate meal portions, a seat on the sightseeing vehicle in Sa Pa, and children’s entrance tickets.
  • If the child’s height exceeds the attraction’s regulation and an adult-priced entrance ticket is required, the tour will only cover up to 75% of the sightseeing ticket cost; any additional amount must be paid directly to the tour guide by the family.
  • Two children charged at 75% are not considered equivalent to one adult package. Children do not have separate beds and must share beds with parents.
• Children from 10 years old and above: charged as adults and entitled to full adult services.

• Any change of departure date must be informed at least 03 days prior to the departure date.
  • The first departure date change is free of charge.
  • From the 2nd, 3rd, and subsequent changes, a 30% fee will be charged for each change.
  • All booking details must remain unchanged when modifying the departure date.
• Cancellation at least 07 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation at least 03 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
• On the departure date, if guests are not present at the agreed meeting point and time, or if the tour guide cannot contact the guest via the provided phone number and the guest also fails to proactively inform the company of any changes, such cases will be considered as voluntary tour cancellation by the guest, and a 100% tour charge will apply.

Other General Notes:

• Guests joining the tour (especially tours involving cruises, trains, flights, or border-area destinations) are required to carry valid identification documents such as an ID card, Citizen ID card, or passport.
  • Children under 14 years old must at least carry a birth certificate.
  • Children aged 14 and above are required to have an ID card, Citizen ID card, or passport.
• Guests are advised to bring common medications for diarrhea, stomachache, colds, and fever.
• Vegetarian guests should bring additional vegetarian food to better suit their personal taste.
• Any unused services during the tour that are not caused by the fault of the tour organizer are non-refundable.
• The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the sightseeing order depending on the specific conditions of each departure day, while still ensuring that all attractions in the itinerary are fully covered.

(*) Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are fully responsible for their own health conditions and chronic illnesses such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, bone and joint disorders, congenital diseases, hidden medical conditions, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnancy, etc. These conditions are not covered by travel insurance.
  • When necessary, guests may be required to sign a health commitment before joining the tour.
  • The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where guests fail to declare their medical conditions, provide dishonest information, or for any cases outside the scope of the tour insurance coverage.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all locations throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any loss of cash, valuables, airline tickets, or personal property during the tour.
