DAY 01: HANOI - NOI BAI - SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE (Breakfast: Excluded / Lunch / Dinner)

06:20 AM: Guests gather at the designated meeting point on Tran Quang Khai Street, as informed before the departure date, to complete check-in procedures and board the bus to Sapa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway. Normally, our bus route passes through the University of Languages and International Studies, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai, and then onto the expressway. Therefore, guests may also be picked up at these points. Guests are required to register their preferred pick-up location before the departure date.

Note: If guests arrive on an early flight to Noi Bai International Airport and land before 07:45 AM, we can arrange airport pick-up with an additional charge of 50,000 VND per group for in-airport pick-up service. Guests arriving the night before and staying at hotels near Noi Bai area will be picked up at Kim Anh Junction (the entrance to the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway, approximately 3km from Noi Bai Airport) between 07:45 AM – 08:00 AM.

01:00 PM – 01:30 PM: Arrival in Sapa. Guests return to the hotel for lunch and check-in. Guests staying at Long Anh Hotel may rest immediately after check-in. For other hotel options, guests will rest at the restaurant for around 30 minutes after lunch before starting the afternoon sightseeing tour.

Afternoon: The tour guide will pick up and take guests to visit Cat Cat Village, where visitors can learn about the daily life and culture of the H’mong ethnic people and visit Tien Sa Waterfall. Guests will also enjoy a traditional cultural performance at the old hydroelectric power station.

06:00 PM: Dinner at the restaurant. In the evening, guests are free to explore Sapa town on their own. Take photos at the famous Sapa Stone Church, discover the unique Sapa Love Market held every Saturday night, or simply enjoy local grilled specialties paired with the renowned San Lung rice wine to warm up in the chilly atmosphere of Sapa. Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 02: SAPA - BAC HA MARKET - SAPA (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

06:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.

07:00 AM: The vehicle picks up guests at the hotel and departs for Bac Ha. Bac Ha Market takes place every Sunday morning and is a gathering place for many ethnic groups such as the H’mong, Black Dao, Tay, Nung, La Chi, Phu La, and other nearby communities. People come here not only to trade goods but also to meet, socialize, and connect with one another. The market is divided into various sections including buffalo market, cattle market, goat market, bird market, and many other product areas. The market usually opens from around 7:00 AM until mid-afternoon.

10:00 AM: Arrival at Bac Ha Market. Guests are free to explore the bustling and lively atmosphere of the market and test their bargaining skills with local vendors.

12:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant. Guests may also enjoy the region’s famous specialty called Thang Co, traditionally served with the renowned Bac Ha corn wine.

Afternoon: Visit the historic Hoang A Tuong Palace. After the visit, guests continue the journey back to Sapa.

06:30 PM: Dinner at the restaurant. Evening free at leisure. Guests may experience a traditional Red Dao herbal bath to relax and restore energy after a full day of sightseeing (optional and self-paid). Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 03: SAPA - FANSIPAN - HANOI (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner Excluded)

07:00 AM: Guests enjoy breakfast at the hotel and relax. Savor a hot morning coffee at the restaurant while enjoying the fresh mountain atmosphere.

08:00 AM: The vehicle and tour guide transfer guests to the Fansipan Cable Car Station to begin the journey of conquering Fansipan by the world’s most modern three-rope cable car system, with cabins accommodating up to 30 passengers.

From the upper station, passing through the Thanh Van Dac Lo Heavenly Gate, visitors arrive at the land above the clouds. Bich Van Zen Monastery, located at an altitude of over 2,000 meters, welcomes travelers and Buddhist pilgrims with pure Vietnamese architecture amidst drifting mist. Walking through the mountains in the echoes of temple bells and cool winds, at an altitude of 3,000 meters, visitors will behold the majestic 21.5-meter bronze Amitabha Buddha statue, standing solemnly among the mystical clouds and compassionately overlooking the world below.

In this peaceful and sacred atmosphere, while offering prayers amid the warmth of spring and the budding rhododendrons, peach blossoms, and plum flowers, visitors will feel hope and compassion blossoming within their hearts. From the Great Buddha Statue, the Arhat Path, lined with 18 solemn bronze Arhat statues standing 2.5 meters tall among floating clouds, leads guests to the Kim Son Bao Thang Tu Complex, featuring ancient Vietnamese wooden pagoda architecture dating back to the 15th–16th centuries. Here, guests may worship the Goddess of Mercy (Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva), visit the Mountain God Shrine, and admire centuries-old rhododendron trees preparing to bloom in brilliant white, yellow, red, pink, and purple colors during March and April.

Finally, after climbing 600 green stone steps, guests reach the Fansipan Peak at 3,143 meters above sea level — known as the Roof of Indochina. From here, visitors can admire the breathtaking panoramic views and enjoy a truly unforgettable personal experience.

Lunch: Return to Sapa town for lunch at a local restaurant.

12:45 PM: The vehicle transfers guests to the pick-up point for the cabin bus or sleeper bus back to Hanoi.

07:00 PM – 07:30 PM: The bus may drop guests off at Kim Anh Junction or at Noi Bai International Airport.

08:00 PM: Arrival at the final drop-off point on Tran Quang Khai Street. End of the tour program. See you again on future journeys!

  • Round-trip double cabin bus service (2 people per cabin) from Hanoi – Sapa – Hanoi. Due to the nature of daily tours and sleeper buses for resting, there is usually no tour guide accompanying the group from Hanoi.
  • Shuttle service by seated vehicles from 4 to 29 seats for sightseeing in Sapa.
  • Hotel accommodation according to the selected standard, based on 2 guests per room (odd-numbered groups will be arranged in triple rooms).
  • 03 lunches with a meal standard of 120,000 VND per person per meal.
  • 01 hotpot dinner featuring the local specialty sturgeon hotpot and 01 dinner with chicken hotpot or mixed hotpot.
  • 02 buffet breakfasts according to hotel standards.
  • Professional local tour guide with extensive knowledge of Sapa’s culture serving the group in Sapa. (Due to the specific cable car ticket pricing and policies for tour guides at Fansipan Legend, a guide will accompany guests to the summit of Fansipan only when there are at least 5 guests joining the Fansipan cable car tour.)
  • One-time entrance tickets to Moana Sapa and Cat Cat Village.
  • Sightseeing expenses for Bac Ha Market according to the itinerary.

  • VAT invoice (if an invoice is required, please inform us in advance and pay the additional VAT charge according to regulations).
  • Round-trip Fansipan cable car ticket. Guests may register in advance when booking the tour or pay directly to the tour guide in Sapa at the actual public ticket price with no extra surcharge. In cases where customers or partners purchase the tickets themselves, an additional surcharge of 50,000 VND per guest will apply, or guests may visit Fansipan independently.
  • Muong Hoa funicular ticket and mountain railway ticket. These optional tickets can be purchased for additional experiences, and having or not having them will not affect the tour itinerary.
  • Beverages during meals, drinks in the hotel, and other personal expenses.
  • Tour guide accompanying guests to the summit of Fansipan in cases where the group has fewer than 5 guests.

Tips for the driver and tour guide:

  • For Vietnamese guests: usually from 50,000 VND per person per day.
  • For international guests: the standard tipping rate is USD 5 per person per day.

Children policy

Children Policy (please read carefully to understand the child service standards):

  • Children from 1–4 years old: free of charge (parents are responsible for all additional expenses related to the child).
    • Every 2 adults may accompany only 1 child free of charge. From the 2nd child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged (including half meal portions and other related tour services, but the child must share a bed with parents).
    • In the case where 1 adult travels with 1 child eligible for the free policy, the child must pay 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult is still required to pay the single room supplement according to regulations.
  • Children from 5–9 years old: charged at 75% of the tour price.
    • Includes separate meal portions, a seat on the sightseeing vehicle in Sapa, and children’s entrance tickets.
    • If the child exceeds the height limit regulations of tourist attractions and must purchase adult-priced entrance tickets, only up to 75% of the ticket cost will be covered. Any additional cost must be paid directly to the tour guide by the family.
    • Two children charged at 75% are not considered equivalent to one adult. They do not have separate beds and must share with parents.
  • Children from 10 years old and above: charged as adults and entitled to full adult services.
 
Cancel conditions

  • Any change of departure date must be informed at least 03 days before the original departure date.
    • The first departure date change is free of charge.
    • From the 2nd, 3rd, and subsequent changes, a fee of 30% will be charged for each change.
    • The booking details must remain unchanged when changing the departure date.
  • Cancellation at least 07 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation at least 03 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
  • On the departure date, if guests fail to arrive at the agreed meeting point and time, or if the tour guide cannot contact the guest via the provided phone number and the guest does not proactively inform the company of any changes, such cases will be considered as a no-show cancellation, and a 100% tour charge will apply.

  • Guests joining the tour (especially tours involving cruises, trains, flights, or border areas) are required to carry valid identification documents such as an ID card, Citizen ID card, or passport.
    • Children under 14 years old must carry a birth certificate.
    • Children aged 14 and above are required to have an ID card, Citizen ID card, or passport.
  • Guests are advised to bring common medicines such as medication for diarrhea, colds, and fever.
  • Vegetarian guests are recommended to bring additional vegetarian food to suit their personal taste.
  • Any service included in the tour that guests choose not to use, for reasons not caused by the tour operator, will not be refunded.
  • The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing destinations depending on the actual conditions of each departure day, while still ensuring all attractions in the itinerary are fully covered.

    • When necessary, guests may be required to sign a health commitment declaration before joining the tour.
    • The tour operator is not responsible for cases where guests fail to declare their medical conditions, provide dishonest information, or for incidents outside the coverage of the tour insurance policy.
