DISCOVER HA LONG BAY

DAY 1: HANOI – HA LONG BAY

Meals: Breakfast not included / Lunch / Dinner

08:00–08:30: The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up from hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and near the Hanoi Opera House, departing for Ha Long Bay.

11:30–12:00: Arrive at Ha Long International Cruise Port. Gather in the waiting area as instructed by the tour guide while tickets are purchased and distributed before boarding the cruise to begin exploring the bay. The cruise will pass numerous islands of different shapes and sizes, including Fighting Cock Islet, one of Ha Long Bay’s iconic landmarks. Enjoy lunch on board.

14:00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island and visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. Next, enjoy kayaking or a traditional bamboo boat ride to explore Luon Cave (kayaking and bamboo boat fees are not included). After approximately 30 minutes of kayaking, return to the cruise and continue to Titov Island. You can swim at Titov Beach, known for its white sandy shore, or hike to the summit of Titov Mountain for panoramic views of Ha Long Bay.

16:30: Return to the cruise, which will begin its journey back to the port. Relax on the sundeck, enjoy music, sunbathe, and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay.

17:30: Arrive at the port. The vehicle will transfer you to your hotel for check-in and relaxation.

19:00: Enjoy dinner. In the evening, explore Ha Long Night Market, the Food Street, and other attractions at your leisure.

DAY 2: FREE TIME TO EXPLORE HA LONG

Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel. Spend the day at leisure, exploring Ha Long or relaxing at your hotel. The following attractions are recommended for independent exploration, with all related expenses at your own cost:

Take a leisurely walk or enjoy swimming at Bai Chay Beach, or take a taxi to visit the colorful street, often described as a little Italy in the heart of Ha Long.

Explore the attractions at Ha Long Park, a complex offering a variety of exciting entertainment options. Entrance tickets to the individual parks are at your own expense.

Experience the Queen Cable Car and the giant Sun Wheel on Mystic Mountain.

Visit Dragon Park, featuring thrilling rides such as roller coasters and carousels.

Enjoy the water attractions at Typhoon Water Park.

Visit Quang Ninh Museum, whose architectural design was inspired by coal, the province’s characteristic mineral resource. The museum was designed by Spanish architect Salvador Perez Arroyo. The Quang Ninh Museum and Library complex is considered an outstanding cultural landmark and a lasting highlight of the famous Ha Long Bay region. With an investment of over VND 900 billion, it is one of the province’s most significant architectural projects and its first purpose-built official museum.

Lunch: At your own expense.

Dinner: Enjoy dinner at the hotel. In the evening, explore Ha Long Night Market, the Food Street, and other attractions at your leisure.

DAY 3: HA LONG – HANOI

Meals: Breakfast / Lunch not included / Dinner not included

Morning: Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel. Spend the morning at leisure, exploring or relaxing according to your preferences.

Optional excursion: Yen Tu – Dong Pagoda

You may register for an optional excursion to Yen Tu Mountain and Dong Pagoda, one of Vietnam’s major Buddhist centers. Please contact us to book this service by the afternoon of the previous day at the latest so that we can provide a quotation.

If you choose this excursion, you will check out of the hotel immediately after breakfast and depart for Yen Tu. After completing the sightseeing program, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. The tour guide will then accompany you to the pickup point for your return transfer to Hanoi.

Lunch: At your own expense, unless included in the optional Yen Tu excursion.

Please arrange your hotel check-out according to your planned activities. Check-out is generally required after breakfast and before 11:00–11:30, subject to the hotel’s policy.

Afternoon: Choose your preferred return departure time to Hanoi in consultation with the tour guide:

Return after lunch: Depart Ha Long at approximately 12:00–12:30 and arrive in Hanoi at around 15:00.

Return in the evening: Spend the afternoon exploring Ha Long at your leisure, then depart at 18:00 and arrive in Hanoi at approximately 21:00–22:00.

Important note: The Ha Long Bay sightseeing schedule may be adjusted according to the weather conditions on each departure date and the instructions of the Ha Long Bay Management Board. In some cases, departures from the port may be suddenly prohibited due to strong winds or thunderstorms without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Two dinners at the hotel:
3-star hotel: VND 150,000 per meal.
4-star hotel: VND 200,000 per meal.
Two breakfasts at the hotel. Breakfast may be served as a buffet or as an individual bowl-and-glass meal, depending on the actual number of guests.
Two nights' accommodation at the hotel category selected at the time of booking (3-, 4-, or 5-star), based on two guests per room. Guests with odd-numbered bookings may be required to share a triple room.
A tour guide accompanying the group on the first day during the Ha Long Bay sightseeing excursion.
Note: During your hotel stay and meals, only the hotel's reception staff will be available to assist you. You will have free time to explore independently, following our recommendations.
Drinking water served on the vehicle: one bottle per person for the Ha Long Bay sightseeing day.

CHILD POLICY (Please read carefully to understand the child pricing and service standards.)

Children aged 1–4: Tour services are free of charge. Only the cost of a separate seat on the vehicle and a seat on the Ha Long Bay sightseeing cruise will be charged, in accordance with the latest regulations on the maximum number of passengers permitted in each type of vehicle under the Road Traffic Law.
Note: Parents are responsible for any other additional expenses incurred. Each two adults may accompany only one child aged 1–4. From the second child onward, the child will be charged 75% of the adult tour price. If one adult travels with one child aged 1–4, the child must also pay 75% of the adult tour price and receive the corresponding services for a child paying 75%.
Children aged 5–9: Pay 75% of the adult tour price. This includes meals, children's entrance tickets where adult entrance tickets are included in the tour, and a separate seat on the vehicle. For tours lasting two days or more that include hotel accommodation, children must share a bed with their parents.
Children aged 5–9 who are taller than 120 cm must present a student card or another valid photo ID. Otherwise, an additional surcharge of VND 150,000 will apply to cover the cost of an adult entrance ticket.
The Ha Long Port Authority does not accept birth certificates as valid identification for this purpose.
Children aged 10 and above: Pay the full adult tour price.

(*) NOTES ON PURCHASING SEAFOOD

Any seafood purchased must be packed in clean, securely sealed foam boxes. The driver reserves the right to refuse to transport seafood that has not been properly packaged.
Seafood must not be brought into the passenger seating area under any circumstances. The driver reserves the right to refuse to transport seafood if guests purchase excessive quantities and there is insufficient space in the vehicle's luggage compartment.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

All guests must bring valid identification documents, such as a national ID card or passport. Children under 14 must bring at least a birth certificate. Children aged 14 and above are required to carry a valid national ID card or passport.
We recommend bringing basic medication for stomach discomfort, diarrhea, colds, and fever.
Vegetarian guests are advised to bring additional vegetarian food to suit their dietary preferences.
Any tour service that a guest chooses not to use is non-refundable, provided the non-use is not due to the tour operator's fault.
If entrance ticket prices change after the tour has been booked, or if a tourist attraction changes its prices without prior notice, guests are required to pay any difference in ticket costs.
The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing stops according to the actual conditions on each departure date, provided that all attractions listed in the itinerary are still included.
