Reasonable additional expenses:
● Single room surcharge (applies to guests traveling alone who cannot share a room with another traveler, or in cases where the customer requests a private room).
● Difference in entrance fees (if any) for tourist attractions that increase after the tour booking time. This may arise due to objective circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Children policy (Please read carefully to fully understand the standard price for children):
● Children aged 1-4 years old receive free service; only the car seat fee will be charged. (According to
the new regulations on the maximum number of people per type of vehicle under the Road Traffic
Law.).
Note: Parents are responsible for any other incidental expenses. Two adults are only allowed to be
accompanied by one child (aged 1-4 years); from the second child onwards, 75% of the tour price
will be charged. If one adult is accompanied by one child (aged 1-4 years), that child must also pay
75% of the adult's tour price (with the same standards as a 75% adult child).
● Children aged 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (including meals, entrance tickets for
children if included in the tour for adults, and a separate seat on the bus, but must share a bed with
their parents for tours of 2 days or more that include hotel accommodation)..
● Children aged 10 and above are charged the adult price. The same standards as adults apply..
● In cases where the tour includes entrance fees to attractions, but children are required to purchase
adult tickets due to exceeding the height limit, parents will have to pay the difference directly to the
tour guide.

● On peak occasions when tourists go to Ha Giang, the order of schedules and sleeping locations may
change depending on the actual situation but still ensures all the sightseeing spots on the schedule.
● Any service in the tour that you do not use, not due to the subjective fault of the tour organizer, will
not be refunded.
● You should bring any type of medicine for preventing insects and common diseases; bring your
toothbrush, toothpaste, and towel
● The tour guide can rearrange the schedule, but all places stay the same
● If under 6 tourists, the driver can also be the tour guide
● If you are a vegetarian, please bring along your suitable food
● Do not bring a too-enormous suitcase with you

If necessary, customers must sign a declaration of their health conditions before participating in the
tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for any cases where customers fail to declare their health
conditions, provide false information, or for any circumstances beyond the scope of the tour
insurance.
● Customers must take care of their personal belongings at all times and in all places during the trip.
The tour organizer is not responsible for any loss of money, valuables, airline tickets, or personal
belongings of customers during the trip.
