Mandatory Additional Charges:

• Surcharge of 150,000 VND/guest for foreign passport holders (applicable for groups of at least 2 guests)
• Single room supplement: 800,000 VND/guest/tour (applied when a guest registers alone and cannot share a room with others, or upon request for a private room)

Children Policy

(Please read carefully to clearly understand the children’s standards and policies)

• Children from 1 to 4 years old: free of tour services, only charged 300,000 VND for ferry tickets according to regulations (parents are responsible for all other expenses related to the child, and the child will not have a separate seat on the vehicle).
  • Two adults may accompany only one child free of charge. From the second child onward, 50% of the adult tour price will be charged (including half meal portion and a separate seat on the vehicle).

Note:

• If one adult travels with one child under the free-of-charge policy, the child must pay 50% of the adult tour price.
  • The 50% child rate includes half meal portions and a separate seat on the vehicle.
  • In cases where additional entrance ticket fees arise due to the child exceeding the height or age regulations at tourist attractions, the family must pay 100% of the applicable entrance fee for that child.
• Children from 5 to 9 years old: charged 75% of the adult tour price (includes separate meals and a separate seat on the vehicle, but sharing a bed with parents).
  • Two paying children are also not entitled to a separate bed.
• Children from 10 years old and above: charged as adults.

Notes on Purchasing Seafood:

In case of purchasing seafood, all items must be placed in clean and tightly sealed foam boxes. The driver has the right to refuse transportation if seafood is brought onto the vehicle without proper packaging.

Do not bring any seafood into the passenger seating area. The driver also has the right to refuse transportation if guests purchase excessive seafood and there is no available space in the vehicle’s trunk.

Other Important Notes:

• Travel insurance can only be purchased if the following conditions are met:
  • The tour is booked at least 2 days prior to departure (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
  • Complete and accurate personal information must be provided, including full name and date of birth
• Guests participating in tours (especially those involving boats, trains, or flights) must carry valid identification documents (ID card/CCCD/Passport).
  • Children under 14 years old must bring a birth certificate.
  • Children from 14 years old and above must have a Citizen ID card or passport.
• Guests are advised to bring basic medication such as anti-diarrhea medicine and common cold/fever medicine.
• Vegetarian guests should bring their own vegetarian food to suit personal dietary needs.
• Any unused services included in the tour are non-refundable.
• The tour guide has the right to adjust the order of sightseeing locations depending on the specific departure conditions while still ensuring all destinations in the itinerary are included.

(*) Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are fully responsible for their own health conditions and chronic diseases (cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, bone and joint disorders, etc.), congenital diseases, underlying conditions, HIV/AIDS, mental or neurological disorders, pregnancy, and other conditions not covered by insurance. If necessary, customers must sign a health commitment before joining the tour. The tour operator is not responsible for cases where customers fail to declare or provide inaccurate health information, or for cases outside the scope of travel insurance coverage.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times throughout the trip. The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of money, valuables, airline tickets, or personal belongings during the tour.
