Mandatory Additional Costs:

• Surcharge of 150,000 VND per foreign guest
• Single room supplement: 800,000 VND/guest/tour (applied when a guest travels alone and cannot share a room with others, or upon the guest’s request for a private room)

Notes on Purchasing Seafood:

In case guests purchase seafood, all items must be properly packed in clean and tightly sealed foam boxes. The driver has the right to refuse transportation if seafood is brought onto the vehicle without proper packaging.

No seafood is allowed inside the passenger seating area. The driver also has the right to refuse transportation if guests purchase excessive seafood and there is no available space in the vehicle’s trunk.

Other Important Notes:

• Tour participants (especially those involving boats, trains, or flights) must carry valid identification documents (ID card/CCCD/Passport).
  • Children under 14 years old must bring a birth certificate.
  • Children from 14 years old and above must have a Citizen ID card or passport.
• Guests are advised to bring basic medication such as anti-diarrhea medicine and common cold/fever medicine.
• Vegetarian guests are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to suit personal dietary needs.
• Any unused services included in the tour are non-refundable.
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing locations depending on actual departure conditions, while still ensuring all destinations in the itinerary are included.

(*) Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are fully responsible for their own health conditions and chronic diseases (cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, bone and joint disorders, etc.), congenital diseases, underlying conditions, HIV/AIDS, mental or neurological disorders, pregnancy, and other conditions not covered by insurance. If necessary, customers must sign a health commitment when joining the tour. The tour operator is not responsible for cases where guests fail to declare or provide inaccurate medical information, or for any cases outside the scope of travel insurance coverage.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times during the trip. The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of money, valuables, airline tickets, or personal property throughout the journey.
