Other general notes:
● Guests going on tours (especially tours involving ships, trains, planes, etc. or tours to border areas) must bring legal identification (ID card/ID card/Passport). Children under 14 years old must bring at least a birth certificate. Children 14 years old and older must have an ID card or passport.
● Should bring medicine for diarrhea, common cold medicine
● Guests who are vegetarians, please bring additional vegetarian food to ensure your taste
● Any service in the tour that you do not use will not be refunded
● The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of the sightseeing spots to suit the conditions of each specific departure date but still ensures all the sightseeing spots in the program.
(*) Customer responsibilities:
● Customers are responsible for their own health and chronic diseases (cardiovascular, blood pressure, diabetes, bones and joints, etc.), congenital diseases, latent diseases, HIV AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnant women, etc. are diseases that are not covered by insurance. When necessary, customers must write a commitment about their own illness when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where customers do not declare their illness, make dishonest declarations, or cases that are outside the scope of travel insurance in the tour.
● Customers must take care of their own personal property in all cases and at all places during the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for the loss of money, valuables, air tickets, and personal property of customers during the trip.

● Children (read carefully to understand the standards for children):
● Children from 1-4 years old are free of charge (parents take care of all related costs, do not occupy seats on the vehicle). 02 adults can only accompany 01 child for free, from the 2nd child, it is 50% (with half a meal and a separate seat on the vehicle).
Note: If 01 adult accompanies 01 free child, this child must buy 50% of the adult tour price (the standard for a 50% child is half a meal and a separate seat on the vehicle. Any additional costs for sightseeing tickets at tourist attractions are paid by the family).
● Children from 5-9 years old, 75% of the tour price (separate meals and separate seats on the vehicle)
● Children from 10 years old and up, are charged as adults
