06:20: Guests gather at the meeting point on Tran Quang Khai Street (pre-arranged before departure) to complete procedures and board the bus to Sapa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway. Normally, the bus travels via Hoang Quoc Viet, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai, and then joins the expressway. Therefore, pickup can be arranged along this route. Guests must register their pickup point in advance.
Note: If guests arrive at Noi Bai Airport on an early flight and check out before 07:45, we can arrange airport pickup. For guests arriving the night before and staying at hotels near Noi Bai (Dien Xa area), pickup will be at Noi Bai Airport Hotel lobby between 07:45–08:00.
13:00–13:30: Arrival in Sapa. Guests have lunch at the hotel, then check in and rest immediately if staying at Long Anh Hotel. For other hotel options, guests will rest for about 30 minutes before the afternoon sightseeing program.
Afternoon: The tour guide picks up guests for a walking tour to Moana Sapa. This site features man-made structures harmoniously blended with nature, creating a unique and beautiful landscape. Located 500m from the Stone Church, Moana spans over 10,000m² with panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range and Fansipan peak. It includes seven attractions such as Bali Gate, Moana Statue, Infinity Lake, Golden Hand, Death Swing, Lonely Tree, and coffee area.
18:00: Dinner. Free evening at leisure. Guests may take photos at Sapa Stone Church, explore the Sapa Love Market (on Saturday nights), or enjoy local grilled specialties with San Lung rice wine to warm up the cold Sapa weather. Overnight in Sapa.
07:00: Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a hot coffee at the restaurant.
08:00: Transfer to Fansipan Cable Car Station to begin the journey conquering Fansipan via the world’s most modern 3-rope cable car system, with cabins accommodating up to 30 passengers.
From the upper station, pass through Thanh Van Dac Lo Gate into a cloud paradise. Visit Bich Van Zen Monastery at over 2,000m altitude with traditional Vietnamese architecture. At around 3,000m, admire the 21.5m bronze Amitabha Buddha statue standing majestically in the clouds. Continue along the Arhat Path with 18 bronze Arhat statues, then visit the Kim Son Bao Thang Temple complex with ancient Vietnamese wooden temples from the 15th–16th centuries, including Quan Am Bodhisattva statue and Mountain God Shrine. Rhododendron trees hundreds of years old bloom beautifully in spring.
Finally, after climbing 600 stone steps, reach Fansipan Peak at 3,143m – the Roof of Indochina, offering breathtaking panoramic views.
Lunch: Return to Sapa town and have lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon: Visit Cat Cat Village to learn about the daily life of the H’Mong ethnic people and see Tien Sa Waterfall. Enjoy traditional cultural performances at the old hydroelectric station.
18:00: Dinner. Free evening. Guests may try a Red Dao herbal bath (self-paid) for relaxation and recovery. Overnight in Sapa.
06:30: Check out and have breakfast at the hotel.
07:00: Depart for Bac Ha. Bac Ha Market takes place every Sunday morning and gathers many ethnic groups such as H’Mong, Dao, Tay, Nung, La Chi, etc. It is a place for trade, cultural exchange, and social interaction. The market includes sections for buffalo, cattle, goat, bird, and various goods, operating from around 7:00 AM to mid-afternoon.
10:00: Arrive at Bac Ha. Visit the market and experience the lively atmosphere while shopping and interacting with local people.
11:30: Lunch at a local restaurant. Guests may also try the local specialty “Thang Co” with famous Bac Ha corn wine.
Afternoon: Visit Hoang A Tuong Palace (ancient mansion), then depart back to Lao Cai.
15:15: Depart for Hanoi via the Lao Cai Expressway.
19:00: First drop-off at Kim Anh Junction, where guests can take a taxi to Noi Bai Airport (3km), or pay an additional 50,000 VND/person for direct airport drop-off.
20:00: Arrive at Tran Quang Khai Street (Hanoi Old Quarter). Tour ends.
• If guests wish to return earlier or later due to flight schedules, please inform in advance when booking for proper arrangement.
• During holidays and Tet, vehicles over 16 seats may be restricted in Sapa. Guests may need to walk with the guide or use taxis/motorbikes at their own expense. Fansipan transfers remain available. We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy:
• Date change requests must be made at least 03 days before departure. The first change is free of charge. The 2nd, 3rd, etc. changes will incur a 30% fee per change. Booking details must remain unchanged when rescheduling.
• Cancellation at least 07 days before departure: 30% penalty.
• Cancellation at least 03 days before departure: 50% penalty.
• Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% penalty.
• On the departure date, if guests are not present at the agreed time and location, or cannot be contacted via the provided phone number and do not proactively inform the operator of any changes, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation (“no-show”) and a 100% penalty of the tour value will be charged.
• Other general notes:
• Guests must bring valid identification documents (Citizen ID/Passport). Children under 14 years old must bring a birth certificate. Children aged 14 and above are required to have a Citizen ID or Passport.
• It is recommended to bring anti-diarrhea medication and common cold/fever medicine.
• Vegetarian guests are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their dietary preferences.
• Any services included in the tour that are not used by guests, and are not due to the fault of the tour operator, will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing spots depending on actual departure conditions, as long as all destinations in the program are still included.
