Mandatory additional cost: Single room surcharge in case the guest registers for the tour alone and cannot be arranged to share a room with another person, or when the guest requests a single room (one person per room). The surcharge will be applied according to each hotel’s pricing policy.

Children policy (Please read carefully to fully understand the standard price for children):

• Children aged 1-4 years old receive free service; only the car seat fee will be charged. (According to the new regulations on the maximum number of people per type of vehicle under the Road Traffic Law.).

Note: Parents are responsible for any other incidental expenses. Two adults are only allowed to be accompanied by one child (aged 1-4 years); from the second child onwards, 75% of the tour price will be charged. If one adult is accompanied by one child (aged 1-4 years), that child must also pay 75% of the adult's tour price (with the same standards as a 75% adult child). 

• Children aged 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (including meals, entrance tickets for children if included in the tour for adults, and a separate seat on the bus, but must share a bed with their parents for tours of 2 days or more that include hotel accommodation)..
• Children aged 10 and above are charged the adult price. The same standards as adults apply..
• In cases where the tour includes entrance fees to attractions, but children are required to purchase adult tickets due to exceeding the height limit, parents will have to pay the difference directly to the tour guide.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

• Changes to the departure date must be notified at least 03 days prior to the departure date. The first change is free of charge. From the 2nd change onward, a fee of 30% will be applied for each change. Changing the departure date does not allow changes to passenger information.
• Cancellation at least 07 days before departure: 30% penalty
• Cancellation at least 03 days before departure: 50% penalty
• Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% penalty
• On the departure date, if the guest is not present at the agreed time and location, or if the tour guide cannot contact the guest via the provided phone number and the guest does not proactively inform any changes, such cases will be considered as voluntary cancellation of the tour. A 100% tour fee penalty will be applied.

Notice 

• You have to bring your Passport
• You should bring any type of medicine for preventing insects and common diseases
• Tour guide can rearrange the schedule, but all places stay the same
• Any service in the tour that you do not use, not due to the subjective fault of the tour organizer, will not be refunded.
• If you are a vegetarian, you can bring your own food to suit your taste (if necessary)

Customer responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible by yourselves for your illness and chronic diseases (cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, diabetes, osteoarthritis ...), congenital diseases, latent diseases, HIV AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnant women ... are diseases that are not covered by the insurance. When necessary, you must write your own commitment to your health when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for the cases you do not report the illness, untruthful declaration as well as cases outside the coverage of travel in the tour.
• Customers must preserve their property in all circumstances and at all locations during the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for any lost money, identification, airline tickets, personal belongings and other property of the customer during the trip.
