DAY 01: HANOI – NOI BAI – SAPA – MOANA (Breakfast: Not Included / Lunch / Dinner)

06:20: Guests arrive at the designated meeting point on Trần Quang Khải Street, as informed prior to departure, to check in and board the vehicle for the journey to Sapa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway. Normally, our vehicles travel via Foreign Trade University, Hòa Bình Park, Thăng Long Industrial Park, Nội Bài, and then onto the expressway. Therefore, guests may also be picked up at these locations. Guests are required to register their preferred pick-up point before the departure date.

Note: For guests arriving on early flights to Noi Bai International Airport and able to check out before 07:45, we offer airport pick-up service with an additional airport entrance fee of 50,000 VND per guest. Guests arriving the night before and staying at hotels in the Nội Bài area will be picked up at Kim Anh Junction (the entrance to the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway, approximately 3 km from Nội Bài Airport) between 07:45 and 08:00.

13:00 – 13:30: Arrival in Sapa. Guests return to the hotel for lunch, followed by hotel check-in and rest time (immediately if staying at Long Anh Hotel). For other hotel options, guests will relax for approximately 30 minutes after lunch before the afternoon sightseeing program.

Afternoon: The tour guide will escort guests on a walking tour to Moana Sapa, a unique check-in destination featuring artistic man-made structures harmoniously blended with nature, creating scenery that is distinctive, impressive, and beautiful. Located about 500 meters from the Stone Church, this 10,000 m² experience complex offers panoramic views of the majestic Hoàng Liên Sơn mountain range and Fansipan Peak. The site includes seven themed attractions that are especially popular among young travelers, such as Bali Heaven Gate, the Moana statue, the infinity lake, the golden hand sculpture, the “death swing,” the lonely tree, and the café area.

18:00: Dinner at a local restaurant. In the evening, guests are free to explore Sapa Town, take photos at Sapa Stone Church, discover the famous Sapa Love Market held every Saturday night, or simply enjoy local grilled specialties paired with the renowned San Lùng rice wine to warm up in the chilly atmosphere of Sapa. Overnight stay in Sapa.

DAY 02: SAPA – FANSIPAN – CÁT CÁT VILLAGE (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

07:00: Guests enjoy breakfast at the hotel and relax. Sip a hot cup of coffee at the restaurant in the cool morning atmosphere of Sapa.

08:00: The vehicle and tour guide will transfer guests to the Fansipan cable car station to begin the journey conquering Fansipan via the world’s most modern three-rope cable car system, with cabins accommodating up to 30 passengers.

From the upper station, passing through Thanh Vân Đắc Lộ Heaven Gate, visitors arrive in the land above the clouds. Bich Van Zen Monastery, located at an altitude of over 2,000 meters, welcomes visitors and Buddhist pilgrims with traditional Vietnamese architecture hidden among drifting clouds. Walking through the echoing sound of temple bells amidst mountain winds and mist, at an altitude of 3,000 meters, guests will admire the majestic 21.5-meter bronze Amitabha Buddha statue standing solemnly among the floating clouds, gazing compassionately upon the world below.

In this sacred and tranquil atmosphere, while offering prayers amid the warmth of spring and the budding blossoms of rhododendrons, sticky rice flowers, peach blossoms, and plum flowers, visitors may feel hope and compassion blooming within their hearts as well.

From the Great Buddha statue, the Arhat Path — lined with 18 bronze Arhat statues, each 2.5 meters high, serene among the drifting clouds — leads visitors to the ancient Kim Son Bao Thang Tu complex, inspired by Vietnamese wooden pagodas from the 15th–16th centuries. Guests may also worship the statue of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and the Mountain God Shrine. Blending harmoniously with the scenery are centuries-old rhododendron trees enduring the cold mountain climate, waiting to burst into white, yellow, red, purple, and pink blossoms during March and April.

Finally, after climbing 600 stone steps, guests reach the summit of Fansipan Peak at an altitude of 3,143 meters — the Roof of Indochina. From here, overlooking the magnificent mountains in every direction, each traveler will experience unforgettable emotions and private wishes they may wish to keep only for themselves.

Lunch: Return to Sapa Town for lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: The tour guide will escort guests to visit Cat Cat Village to explore the daily life and culture of the H’mông ethnic people, visit Tien Sa Waterfall, and enjoy many picturesque photo spots within the tourist area. Guests can also enjoy a traditional cultural performance (according to the fixed performance schedule at the old hydroelectric station).

18:00: Dinner at a local restaurant. Free evening at leisure. Guests may optionally experience a traditional Red Dao herbal bath to relax and recover after a full day of sightseeing (at personal expense). Overnight stay in Sapa. 

DAY 03: SAPA – MƯỜNG HUM – Y TÝ (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Morning: Guests enjoy breakfast, followed by free time for shopping and personal exploration. Suggested sightseeing and photo spots (at personal expense):

  • Muong Hoa Valley
  • Hydrangea flower garden in Sâu Chua; Sapa ancient rose garden
  • Ta Phin Monastery
  • Swing Sapa

11:30: Return to Sapa Town for hotel check-out, followed by lunch and a short rest.

13:00: Guests depart by vehicle to Y Ty, a destination that is remote, elevated, beautiful, and magnificently majestic. Along the journey, guests can take photos of the stunning terraced rice fields. Stop for panoramic photos overlooking a beautiful valley with streams originating from Muong Hum Stream and experience the breathtaking beauty of the ancient forests of Y Tý.

16:30: Arrival in Y Tý. Guests check in to the guesthouse, freshen up, and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Free evening to relax and unwind. Overnight stay in Y Tý.

DAY 04: Y TÝ – LŨNG PÔ – HANOI (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner Not Included)

Early in the morning, if weather conditions are favorable, guests may have the chance to witness the breathtaking sea of clouds. The tour guide will take guests to the best cloud-hunting spots at dawn. If lucky, guests can admire the famous Y Ty Cloud Sea, where layers of clouds rest peacefully beneath the valleys like a sleeping white ocean.

06:30: Breakfast at the guesthouse, followed by a visit to Choan Then Village, famous for its mushroom-shaped houses with earthen walls built by the Hà Nhì ethnic people.

08:30: Check out, pack luggage, and depart by vehicle for Lung Po.

09:30: Visit Lung Po Flagpole and take photos at the Red River Junction, where the Red River officially flows into Vietnamese territory.

11:30: Lunch in Lao Cai, followed by free time for shopping at Coc Leu Border Market.

15:00: Guests board the vehicle for the return journey to Hanoi from the foot of Cốc San Bridge area (Lào Cai).

19:00: The first drop-off point after exiting the expressway is Kim Anh Junction, where guests may take a taxi to Noi Bai International Airport (approximately 3 km away), or guests may pay an additional 50,000 VND per person for direct airport drop-off service.

20:00: Arrival at the drop-off point in Hanoi. End of the tour program. See you again on future journeys!

  • Round-trip double cabin bus (02 guests/1 cabin) from Hanoi – Sapa – Hanoi. Due to the nature of daily tours and sleeper buses for resting, there is usually no tour guide accompanying the group from Hanoi.
  • Shuttle vehicles from 4 to 29 seats for sightseeing transfers in Sapa
  • 02 nights in Sapa according to the selected hotel standard, based on double occupancy (odd-numbered groups will share a triple room)
  • 01 night at a Homestay in Y Tý, based on double occupancy (odd-numbered groups will share a triple room)
  • 05 lunches with a meal standard of 120,000 VND per person
  • 01 hotpot dinner featuring the local specialty sturgeon hotpot and 01 dinner with chicken hotpot or mixed hotpot
  • 02 buffet breakfasts at the hotel in Sapa and 01 noodle breakfast in Y Tý
  • Professional local tour guide with extensive knowledge of local culture serving the group in Sapa (due to specific cable car ticket policies and regulations for tour guides at Fansipan Legend, a guide will accompany guests to the Fansipan peak only when there are at least 05 guests joining the Fansipan cable car tour)
  • One-time entrance tickets to Moana Sapa and Cát Cát Village
  • Transportation and sightseeing expenses for the Y Tý – Lũng Pô excursion
Service exclude

  • VAT invoice (if an invoice is required, guests must inform in advance and pay additional VAT charges according to regulations)
  • Round-trip Fansipan cable car tickets. Guests may register in advance when booking the tour or pay directly to the tour guide in Sapa at the actual public ticket price with no additional surcharge. In cases where guests or partners purchase the tickets themselves, a surcharge of 50,000 VND per guest will apply, or guests may arrange their own visit to Fansipan.
  • Mường Hoa funicular tickets and mountain train tickets. These are optional experiences that guests may purchase separately; having or not having these tickets does not affect the tour itinerary.
  • Beverages during meals, drinks at the hotel, and other personal expenses
  • Any difference in sightseeing ticket prices (if any) between the tour booking date and the actual travel date. We kindly ask for your understanding and compliance with this regulation.
  • Tips for drivers and tour guides:
    • If guests are satisfied with the service provided by the driver and tour guide, they may optionally give tips at their discretion. Tipping is not mandatory, but the customary minimum is from 50,000 VND per guest per day.
    • Recommended tip for foreign guests: USD 3 per guest per day.

Children policy
  • Foreign guests are not accepted due to legal procedures and regulations in Y Tý.
  • Single room supplement: 1,850,000 VND per person

Children Policy (please read carefully to understand children’s service standards):

  • Children from 1–4 years old: Free of charge (parents are responsible for all additional expenses related to the child).
    • Every 02 adults may accompany only 01 child free of charge; from the 2nd child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged (including half meal portions and related tour services, but the child must share the bed with parents).
    • In cases where 01 adult travels with 01 child eligible for the free policy, the child must pay 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult must also pay the applicable single room supplement.
  • Children from 5–9 years old: Charged at 75% of the tour price, including separate meals, seats on the sightseeing vehicle in Sapa, and children’s entrance tickets.
    • If the child exceeds the height limit regulations of the tourist attractions and is required to purchase adult-priced entrance tickets, the tour only covers up to 75% of the sightseeing ticket cost. Any additional difference must be paid directly to the tour guide by the family.
    • Two children charged at 75% are not considered equivalent to one adult. Children do not have separate beds and must share with their parents.
  • Children from 10 years old and above: Charged as adults and entitled to full adult services.
Cancel conditions

  • Any request to change the departure date must be informed at least 03 days before the original departure date.
  • The first departure date change is free of charge. From the 2nd, 3rd, and subsequent changes, a fee of 30% will be charged for each change.
  • When changing the departure date, all booking information must remain unchanged from the original booking.
  • Cancellation at least 07 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation at least 03 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
  • On the departure date, if guests are not present at the agreed meeting point and time, or if the tour guide cannot contact the guest using the provided phone number and the guest also does not proactively contact us regarding any changes, such cases will be considered a voluntary tour cancellation by the guest and will incur a penalty of 100% of the tour value.

  • Guests joining the tour (especially tours involving boats, trains, airplanes, or visits to border areas) are required to carry valid identification documents such as an ID card, Citizen ID card, or passport.
    • Children under 14 years old must at least carry a birth certificate.
    • Children aged 14 and above are required to have an ID card, Citizen ID card, or passport.
  • Guests are advised to bring common medications such as medicine for diarrhea, stomach upset, colds, and fever.
  • Vegetarian guests are kindly requested to bring additional vegetarian food to suit their personal taste.
  • Any service included in the tour that guests choose not to use, for reasons not caused by the tour operator, will not be refunded.
  • The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing destinations depending on actual conditions on each departure date, while still ensuring all attractions in the itinerary are fully covered.

  • Customers are fully responsible for their own health conditions and chronic illnesses (such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, bone and joint disorders), congenital diseases, underlying illnesses, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnancy, etc. These conditions are not covered under the tour insurance policy.
    • When necessary, guests may be required to sign a health commitment declaration before joining the tour.
    • The tour operator will not be responsible for cases where guests fail to declare medical conditions, provide inaccurate information, or for any cases outside the coverage of the travel insurance.
  • Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all locations throughout the trip. The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of cash, valuables, airline tickets, or personal property during the tour.
