06:20 AM: Guests gather at the designated meeting point on Tran Quang Khai Street, as informed before the departure date, to complete procedures and board the bus to Sapa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway. Normally, our bus route passes through the University of Languages and International Studies, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai, and then onto the expressway. Therefore, guests may also be picked up at these locations. Guests are required to register their pick-up point before departure.

Note: If guests arrive on an early flight at Noi Bai International Airport and land before 07:45 AM, we can arrange airport pick-up with a surcharge of 50,000 VND per group for in-airport pick-up service. Guests arriving the night before and staying at hotels near Noi Bai area will be picked up at Kim Anh Junction (entrance of Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway, about 3 km from Noi Bai Airport) between 07:45 AM – 08:00 AM.

01:00 PM – 01:30 PM: Arrival in Sapa. Guests return to the hotel for lunch and check-in. Guests staying at Long Anh Hotel may rest immediately after check-in. For other hotel options, guests will rest at the restaurant for about 30 minutes after lunch before starting the afternoon sightseeing program.

Afternoon: The tour guide will accompany guests on a walking tour to Moana Sapa, a scenic attraction featuring man-made structures harmoniously blended with nature, creating a unique and beautiful landscape. The check-in area is located 500 meters from the Stone Church, covering more than 10,000m², with panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range and the majestic Fansipan peak. The site includes seven main attractions, popular among young travelers for its creative and unique photo spots, such as the Bali Gate, Moana Girl Statue, Infinity Lake, Golden Hand, Death Swing, Lonely Tree, and Coffee area.

06:00 PM: Dinner at the restaurant. Evening is free at leisure. Guests may take photos at Sapa Stone Church, explore the Sapa Love Market (held every Saturday night), or enjoy local grilled specialties with the famous San Lung rice wine to warm up in the cool Sapa atmosphere. Overnight in Sapa

DAY 02: SAPA - FANSIPAN - CAT CAT VILLAGE (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

07:00 AM: Guests enjoy breakfast at the hotel and relax. Savor a hot morning coffee at the restaurant.

08:00 AM: The vehicle and tour guide transfer guests to the Fansipan Cable Car Station to begin the journey of conquering Fansipan via the world’s most modern three-rope cable car system, with cabins accommodating up to 30 passengers.

From the upper station, passing through the Thanh Van Dac Lo Heavenly Gate, visitors enter the land of clouds. Bich Van Zen Monastery, located at an altitude of over 2,000 meters, welcomes visitors and Buddhist pilgrims from all directions with pure Vietnamese architecture amidst drifting mist. As you walk along the mountain paths to the sound of temple bells echoing through the clouds and wind, at an altitude of 3,000 meters you will see the majestic 21.5-meter bronze Amitabha Buddha statue, standing solemnly among the mystical clouds, compassionately gazing upon the human world.

In this peaceful and sacred moment, as you join your hands in prayer during the warm spring season, among blooming rhododendrons, raspberry, peach, and plum blossoms, you will feel love and hope blossoming in your heart. From the Great Buddha statue, the Arhat Path, lined with 18 bronze Arhat statues standing 2.5 meters tall in a serene cloudscape, leads visitors to the Kim Son Bao Thang Tu complex, featuring ancient Vietnamese wooden pagodas dating back to the 15th–16th centuries. Here, guests may worship the Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva (Goddess of Mercy), the Mountain God Shrine, and other sacred sites. Surrounding this spiritual space are centuries-old rhododendron trees that endure the cold winter, preparing to bloom with white, yellow, red, and pink flowers in March and April.

Finally, after climbing 600 stone steps, guests reach the Fansipan Peak at 3,143 meters above sea level, known as the Roof of Indochina. From here, visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and unique personal moments of reflection and inspiration.

Lunch: Return to Sapa town for lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: The tour guide takes guests to visit Cat Cat Village, where they can explore the daily life and culture of the H’mong ethnic people and visit Tien Sa Waterfall. Guests will also enjoy a traditional cultural performance at the old hydroelectric power station.

06:00 PM: Dinner at the restaurant. Evening is free at leisure. Guests may experience a Red Dao herbal bath for relaxation and recovery after a full day of sightseeing (optional, self-paid). Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 03: SAPA - BAC HA MARKET - HANOI (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner Excluded)

06:30 AM: Guests check out and have breakfast at the hotel.

07:00 AM: The coach picks up guests at the hotel and departs for Bac Ha. Bac Ha Market takes place every Sunday morning. It is a gathering place for many ethnic groups such as the H’mong, Black Dao, Tay, Nung, La Chi, and others from surrounding areas who come to trade goods, exchange products, and meet each other. The market is divided into various sections such as buffalo market, cattle market, goat market, bird market, and many other stalls. It operates from around 7:00 AM until mid-afternoon.

10:00 AM: Arrival in Bac Ha. Guests visit Bac Ha Market, immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere, and experience bargaining with local vendors.

11:30 AM: Lunch at a local restaurant. Guests may also enjoy the local specialty Thang Co, served with the famous Bac Ha corn wine.

Afternoon: Visit the historic Hoang A Tuong Palace. Afterwards, guests continue the journey back to Lao Cai.

03:15 PM: Depart for Hanoi via the Lao Cai Expressway.

07:00 PM: First drop-off point at Kim Anh Junction, where guests can take a taxi to Noi Bai International Airport (about 3 km away), or optionally pay an additional 50,000 VND per person for direct drop-off at the airport.

08:00 PM: Arrival at the final drop-off point on Tran Quang Khai Street (Old Quarter, Hanoi). End of the tour program. Thank you and see you again!

Service includes

  • Round-trip double cabin bus service (2 people per cabin) from Hanoi – Sapa – Hanoi. Due to the nature of daily tours and sleeper bus resting arrangements, there is usually no tour guide accompanying the group from Hanoi.
  • Shuttle transportation in Sapa using seated vehicles from 4 to 29 seats for sightseeing.
  • Hotel accommodation according to the selected standard, based on 2 guests per room (odd-numbered groups will be arranged in triple-sharing rooms).
  • 03 lunches at a standard rate of 120,000 VND per person per meal.
  • 01 hotpot dinner featuring local specialty sturgeon hotpot and 01 dinner with chicken hotpot or mixed hotpot.
  • 02 buffet breakfasts according to hotel standards.
  • Professional local tour guide with strong knowledge of Sapa’s culture serving the group in Sapa. (Due to the specific cable car ticket policy and regulations for tour guides at Fansipan Legend, a guide will accompany guests to the Fansipan summit only when the group has at least 5 guests joining the Fansipan cable car.)
  • One-time entrance tickets to Moana Sapa and Cat Cat Village.
  • Sightseeing expenses for Bac Ha Market according to the itinerary.
Service exclude
  • VAT invoice (if required, please inform in advance and pay the additional VAT according to regulations).
  • Round-trip Fansipan cable car ticket. Guests may book in advance when purchasing the tour or pay directly to the tour guide in Sapa at the official retail price with no additional charges. In case customers or partners purchase tickets on their own, a surcharge of 50,000 VND per guest will apply, or guests may visit Fansipan independently.
  • Muong Hoa funicular ticket and mountain railway ticket. These are optional tickets that guests may purchase for additional experiences; whether or not they are used will not affect the tour itinerary.
  • Drinks during meals, beverages at the hotel, and other personal expenses.
  • Tour guide accompanying guests to Fansipan summit in cases where the group has 3 guests or fewer.
  • Tips for driver and tour guide:
    • If guests are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide, tipping is voluntary. The amount is entirely optional, but the common minimum is from 50,000 VND per guest per day.
    • Standard tipping policy for international guests: 3 USD per guest per day.
 
Registration conditions

  • Mandatory additional cost: Single room supplement applies in cases where guests register for the tour alone and we are unable to arrange room sharing with another guest, or when guests request a private room (single occupancy). The surcharge will be calculated according to each hotel’s pricing policy.

Children Policy (please read carefully to understand the child service standards):

  • Children from 1–4 years old: Free of charge (parents are responsible for all additional expenses related to the child).
    • Each 2 adults may accompany only 1 child free of charge. From the 2nd child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged (including half meal portions and other related services, but the child must share a bed with parents).
    • In cases where 1 adult travels with 1 child under the free policy, the child must pay 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult is still required to pay the single room supplement according to regulations.
  • Children from 5–9 years old: Charged at 75% of the tour price.
    • Includes separate meal portions, a seat on the sightseeing vehicle in Sapa, and children’s entrance tickets.
    • If the child exceeds the height requirement of tourist sites and must purchase adult-priced entrance tickets, only up to 75% of the entrance ticket cost will be covered. Any additional charges must be paid directly to the tour guide by the family.
    • Two children charged at 75% are not considered equivalent to one adult. They do not have separate beds and must share beds with their parents.
  • Children from 10 years old and above: Charged as adults and entitled to full adult services.
 
Cancel conditions

  • Any change of departure date must be informed at least 03 days before the scheduled departure date. The first change is free of charge. From the second change onward (2nd, 3rd, etc.), a fee of 30% will be applied for each change. All booking details must remain unchanged when modifying the departure date.
  • Cancellation at least 07 days before departure: 30% penalty fee.
  • Cancellation at least 03 days before departure: 50% penalty fee.
  • Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% penalty fee.
  • On the departure date, if guests are not present at the agreed time and location, or if the tour guide cannot contact the guest via the provided phone number and the guest does not proactively notify the company of any changes, such cases will be considered a voluntary cancellation (no-show), and a 100% tour charge will apply.

  • Guests joining the tour (especially tours involving boats, trains, flights, or border areas) are required to carry valid identification documents such as an ID card, Citizen ID card, or passport.
    • Children under 14 years old must carry at least a birth certificate.
    • Children aged 14 and above are required to have an ID card, Citizen ID card, or passport.
  • Guests are advised to bring common medications such as anti-diarrhea medicine and basic cold/fever medicine.
  • Vegetarian guests are recommended to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure suitable dietary preferences.
  • Any services included in the tour that are not used by guests, for reasons not caused by the tour operator, will not be refunded.
  • The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing locations depending on actual conditions on each departure date, while still ensuring all destinations included in the itinerary are covered.

    • When necessary, guests may be required to sign a health declaration before joining the tour.
    • The tour operator is not responsible for cases where guests fail to declare or truthfully declare their medical conditions, or for incidents outside the scope of travel insurance coverage.
  • Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all places throughout the trip.
    • The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of cash, valuables, flight tickets, or personal property during the journey.
