CHILD POLICY (Please read carefully to understand the child pricing and service standards.)

• Children aged 1–4: Tour services are free of charge. Only the cost of a separate seat on the vehicle is charged, in accordance with the latest regulations on the maximum number of passengers permitted in each type of vehicle under the Road Traffic Law.
• Note: Parents are responsible for any other additional expenses incurred. Each two adults may accompany only one child aged 1–4. From the second child onward, the child will be charged 80% of the adult tour price. If one adult travels with one child aged 1–4, the child must also pay 75% of the adult tour price and receive the corresponding child-tour services.
• Children aged 5–9: Pay 80% of the adult tour price. This includes meals, children's admission tickets where entrance fees for adults are included in the tour, and a separate seat on the vehicle. For tours lasting two days or more that include hotel accommodation, children must share a bed with their parents.
• Children aged 10 and above: Pay the full adult tour price and receive standard adult services.

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING CHILDREN

• Children paying the child tour rate are not entitled to a separate bed at the accommodation and must share a bed with their family. This applies regardless of whether there are two or more children in the family. If a child requires a separate bed, the full adult tour price must be paid.
• If the tour includes attraction entrance tickets but a child is required to purchase an adult ticket because their height exceeds the attraction's child-ticket limit, parents must pay any ticket price difference (if applicable) directly to the tour guide during the trip.

other general notes:

• tour participants are required to carry valid identification (citizen identity card/passport). children under 14 must bring a birth certificate at minimum. children aged 14 and above must have a citizen identity card or passport.
• it is recommended to bring medications for diarrhea, stomach issues, and common cold/fever.
• vegetarian guests are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to suit their dietary needs.
• any services included in the tour that are not used by guests (not due to the tour operator’s fault) are non-refundable.
• the tour guide has the right to adjust the order of sightseeing spots depending on actual departure conditions, as long as all destinations in the program are fully covered.
• for departures with 10 guests or fewer, or when using 4–7–16 seat vehicles, the driver may also act as the tour guide. these drivers are experienced in tour operations.

• customers are fully responsible for their own health in all circumstances. they must inform the tour operator of any personal medical conditions (if any) to receive appropriate advice for each tour.
• customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all locations during the trip. the tour operator is not responsible for any loss of money, valuables, air tickets, or personal property during the tour.
