Mandatory additional cost: Single room supplement in case guests travel alone and cannot be arranged to share a room with another guest, or if the guest requests a private room. The surcharge will be applied according to each hotel’s rate.

Children (please read carefully to clearly understand child policy):

• Children from 1–4 years old are free of charge (parents are responsible for any additional expenses related to the child). Each 02 adults can accompany only 01 free child. The second child will be charged 50% of the tour price (including half meal portions and other related services, but must share the bed with parents). In case 01 adult travels with 01 free child, that child must pay 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult will also need to pay a single room supplement as required.
• Children from 5–9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price: including a separate meal portion, separate seat on transportation in Sapa, and children’s entrance tickets. If the child’s height exceeds the attraction’s regulation and they are required to purchase an adult ticket, only up to 75% of the entrance fee will be covered (any additional cost must be paid directly to the tour guide by the family). Two children at 75% pricing are not considered as one adult package, do not have a separate bed, and must share the bed with parents.
• Children aged 10 years and above are charged as adults and receive full adult services.

Reschedule and cancellation policy

• Any change of departure date must be informed at least 03 days prior to the departure date. The first change of departure date is free of charge. From the second change onward (2nd, 3rd, etc.), a fee of 30% will be applied for each change. Changes to the departure date do not allow modification of passenger information.
• Cancellation 07 days or more before departure: 30% penalty applies
  Cancellation 03–06 days before departure: 50% penalty applies
  Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% penalty applies
• On the departure date, if guests do not show up at the agreed time and location, or if the tour guide cannot contact the guest using the provided phone number and the guest does not proactively inform the company of any changes, such cases will be considered as a no-show. A 100% cancellation fee of the tour value will be charged.

General notes:

• Guests joining the tour are required to bring valid identification documents (ID card/CCCD/Passport). Children under 14 years old must bring a birth certificate at minimum. Children aged 14 and above must carry valid identification documents similar to adults.
• It is recommended to bring medication for diarrhea, common cold, and fever.
• Vegetarian guests are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to suit their dietary preferences.
• Any services included in the tour that are not used by the guest, and are not due to the fault of the tour operator, will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to adjust the order of sightseeing destinations depending on specific departure conditions, while ensuring all destinations in the program are still included.

(*) Customer responsibilities:

• Customers are fully responsible for their own health conditions and chronic illnesses (cardiovascular, blood pressure, diabetes, bone and joint diseases, etc.), congenital diseases, hidden illnesses, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnancy, etc. These conditions are not covered by travel insurance. When necessary, guests must provide a personal health declaration before joining the tour. The tour operator is not responsible for any cases where guests fail to declare or provide inaccurate health information, or for any issues outside the scope of travel insurance.
• Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all places throughout the trip. The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of money, valuable items, flight tickets, or personal belongings during the journey.
