• Single room surcharge: 500,000 VND/person
• No surcharge for foreign guests
• Children from 5–9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price

Children Policy (please read carefully to understand children’s standards and policies):

• Children from 1–4 years old: Free of charge (parents are responsible for all additional expenses related to the child).
  Each 02 adults may accompany only 01 child free of charge. From the second child onward, 50% of the tour price will be charged (including half-meal standards and other related tour services), but the child must share a bed with the parents.
  In the case of 01 adult traveling with 01 child eligible for the free policy, the child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult must additionally pay the single room surcharge according to regulations.
• Children from 5–9 years old: Charged 75% of the tour price, including separate meals, seats on the vehicle in Sapa, and children’s sightseeing tickets.
  If the child’s height exceeds the attraction’s regulations and an adult ticket must be purchased, only up to 75% of the sightseeing ticket cost will be covered; any additional expense must be paid directly by the family to the tour guide.
  Two children charged at 75% are not considered equivalent to one adult standard. They are not entitled to separate beds and must share beds with their parents.
• Children from 10 years old and above: Charged as adults and entitled to full adult services.

• Any change of departure date must be notified at least 03 days before the original departure date.
• The first departure date change is free of charge. From the 2nd, 3rd, and subsequent changes, a fee of 30% per change will apply.
• The booking information must remain unchanged when changing the departure date.
• Cancellation at least 07 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
• Cancellation at least 03 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
• On the departure date, if guests are not present at the agreed meeting point and time, or if the tour guide cannot contact the guest via the provided phone number and the guest does not proactively inform us of any changes, such cases will be considered a voluntary tour cancellation by the guest and will incur a 100% tour charge.

Other General Notes:

• Guests joining the tour (especially tours involving boats, trains, airplanes, or tours to border areas) are required to carry valid identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport).
  Children under 14 years old must carry a birth certificate.
  Children aged 14 and above are required to have an ID card, Citizen ID card, or passport.
• Guests are advised to bring common medicines such as medication for diarrhea, stomachache, cold, and fever.
• Vegetarian guests should bring additional vegetarian food to suit their personal taste and dietary needs.
• Any service included in the tour that guests choose not to use, for reasons not caused by the tour operator, will not be refunded.
• The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing destinations to suit the actual conditions of each departure date, while still ensuring that all attractions in the itinerary are covered.

(*) Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are fully responsible for their own health and any chronic illnesses (such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, bone and joint diseases), congenital diseases, underlying medical conditions, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnancy, etc. These conditions are not covered by the tour insurance policy.
  When necessary, guests may be required to sign a health commitment form before joining the tour.
  The tour organizer shall not be responsible for cases where guests fail to declare their medical conditions truthfully, provide inaccurate information, or for any situations beyond the coverage scope of the tour insurance.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all places throughout the trip.
  The tour organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss of cash, valuables, airline tickets, or other personal property during the tour.
