06:20: Guests gather at the meeting point on Tran Quang Khai Street (pre-arranged before departure) to complete procedures and depart for Sapa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai expressway. Normally, the bus will travel via Hoang Quoc Viet, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai Airport, and then join the expressway. Pickup is available at these locations with prior registration.
Note: If guests arrive early at Noi Bai Airport and check out before 07:45, airport pickup will be arranged. Guests arriving the night before and staying near Noi Bai Airport will be picked up at Noi Bai Airport Hotel lobby between 07:45–08:00.
13:00–13:30: Arrival in Sapa. Lunch at the hotel, then check in and rest (if staying at Long Anh Hotel, rooms are available immediately after lunch). Other hotel options may include a short 30-minute rest before afternoon sightseeing.
Afternoon: The tour guide takes guests to Moana Sapa – a unique artificial landscape harmoniously blended with nature. Located 500m from the Stone Church, the 10,000m² check-in area offers panoramic views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range and Fansipan peak. Highlights include Bali Gate, Moana Statue, Infinity Lake, Golden Hand, Death Swing, Lonely Tree, and Coffee Area.
18:00: Dinner. Free time in the evening. Guests may take photos at Sapa Stone Church, explore the Love Market (held on Saturday nights), or enjoy grilled local specialties with San Lung rice wine. Overnight in Sapa.
07:00: Breakfast at the hotel and relaxation. Enjoy a hot coffee at the restaurant.
08:00: Transfer to Fansipan Cable Car Station to begin the journey to conquer Fansipan via the world’s most modern 3-rope cable car system, with cabins accommodating up to 30 passengers.
From the upper station, pass through Heaven Gate (Thanh Van Dac Lo) to enter a cloud paradise. Visit Bich Van Zen Monastery at over 2,000m altitude. At around 3,000m, admire the 21.5m tall bronze Amitabha Buddha statue standing majestically in the clouds. Continue along the Arhat Path with 18 bronze Arhat statues, then explore the Kim Son Bao Thang Pagoda complex featuring traditional Vietnamese wooden temple architecture from the 15th–16th centuries. Visit the Guanyin Statue and Mountain God Shrine, surrounded by ancient rhododendron trees.
Finally, after climbing 600 stone steps, reach Fansipan Peak at 3,143m – the Roof of Indochina. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and personal moments of reflection.
12:00: Return to Sapa town for lunch.
Afternoon: Visit Cat Cat Village to explore the daily life of the H’Mong ethnic people, visit Tien Sa Waterfall, and enjoy traditional cultural performances at the old hydroelectric station.
18:00: Dinner. Free time. Optional Red Dao herbal bath (self-paid). Overnight in Sapa.
06:30: Check out and breakfast at the hotel.
07:00: Depart for Si Ma Cai to visit Can Cau Market – a large and famous ethnic minority market of the region. It is located along Road TL153, connecting Bac Ha town and Si Ma Cai border town in Lao Cai province. The market is mainly attended by Giay, H’Mong, and Hoa ethnic groups. It is also the largest buffalo trading market in Northwest Vietnam, operating mainly on Saturdays and holidays.
10:00: Free time to explore and shop at the market, experiencing local culture and daily life.
12:00: Lunch at a local restaurant. Try regional specialties such as Thang Co served with Bac Ha corn wine.
13:30: Depart back to Lao Cai.
17:00: Depart for Hanoi from Coc San area (Lao Cai).
21:00: First drop-off at Kim Anh junction (near Noi Bai Airport). Optional airport drop-off service: 50,000 VND/person.
22:00: Arrival in Hanoi. End of tour.
In case of early or late departure needs due to flight schedules, please inform us at the time of booking for arrangement.
During holidays and festivals, vehicles over 16 seats may be restricted in Sapa. Guests may need to walk with the guide or use taxis/motorbikes at their own expense. Fansipan transport is still available normally.
• VAT invoice (if required, please inform in advance and an additional VAT fee will be charged according to regulations).
• Round-trip Fansipan cable car ticket: Guests may register in advance when booking the tour or pay directly to the tour guide in Sapa at the official retail price with no additional charges. If guests or partners purchase the ticket themselves, an extra surcharge of 50,000 VND per guest will be applied, or guests may choose to visit Fansipan independently.
• Muong Hoa electric train ticket and mountain climbing train ticket: These are optional tickets that guests may purchase for experience purposes. Whether using these services or not will not affect the tour itinerary.
• Drinks during meals, at hotels, and other personal expenses.
• Tour guide for Fansipan peak ascent is provided only when the group has 3 guests or fewer.
• Tips for driver and tour guide:
In case guests are satisfied with the service, tipping is voluntary and at personal discretion. It is not mandatory, but the standard is at least 50,000 VND per guest per day.
For international guests: 3 USD per guest per day.
• Mandatory additional costs: Single room surcharge applies if guests travel alone and cannot be paired with another guest, or if they request a private room. The surcharge depends on each hotel’s rate.
Children (please read carefully to understand the children’s policy):
• Children from 1–4 years old are free of service charges (parents are responsible for all related expenses incurred for the child). Each 02 adults may accompany only 01 free child. From the second child onwards, 50% of the tour price will be charged (including half meal portion and other related services in the tour, but the child must share the bed with parents). If 01 adult travels with 01 free-child, that child must pay 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult will still need to pay an additional single room surcharge according to regulations.
• Children from 5–9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price: including a separate meal, a seat on the bus in Sapa, and children’s sightseeing tickets. In cases where the child must purchase adult tickets due to height restrictions at attractions, only up to 75% of the ticket cost will be covered, and any additional difference must be paid directly to the tour guide by the family. Two children at 75% pricing are not equivalent to one adult; they do not have a separate bed and must share with parents.
• Children from 10 years old and above are charged as adults and receive full adult services.
