06:30: Guests gather at the meeting point at 160 Tran Quang Khai Street to complete procedures and depart for Sapa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway. Normally, our bus will travel via University of Languages and International Studies, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai Airport, and then enter the expressway. Therefore, guests can also be picked up at these locations. Guests must register their pick-up point before departure.
Note: If guests arrive at Noi Bai Airport on an early flight and complete check-out before 07:45, we can arrange airport pick-up with a surcharge of 50,000 VND per group. For guests who arrive the night before and stay at hotels near Noi Bai Airport, we will arrange a meeting pick-up at Kim Anh Junction (entrance of Hanoi – Lao Cai Expressway, about 3 km from Noi Bai Airport) between 07:45–08:00.
13:00 – 13:30: Arrive in Sapa. Guests will have lunch at the hotel, then check in and rest. Guests staying at Long Anh Hotel may rest immediately after check-in. For other hotel options, guests will rest for about 30 minutes after lunch before starting the afternoon sightseeing program.
Afternoon: The tour guide will pick up guests and take them to visit Cat Cat Village, where they can explore the daily life of the H’mong ethnic people and visit Tien Sa Waterfall. Guests will also enjoy a traditional cultural performance at the old hydroelectric power station.
18:00: Dinner at the restaurant. In the evening, guests are free to explore Sapa. You may take photos at the famous Sapa Stone Church, discover the Sapa Love Market held every Saturday night, or simply enjoy Sapa’s famous grilled specialties with San Lùng rice wine to warm up in the cold mountain weather. Overnight in Sapa.
Mandatory additional charge: A single room supplement applies in cases where guests register for the tour alone and we are unable to arrange room sharing with another guest, or when guests request a private room for single occupancy. The surcharge amount depends on the pricing policy of each hotel.

If necessary, guests must sign a personal health commitment before joining the tour. The tour operator is not responsible for cases where guests fail to declare or provide inaccurate medical information, as well as any cases outside the scope of travel insurance coverage.
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all places throughout the trip. The tour operator is not liable for any loss of money, valuables, air tickets, or personal property during the journey.
