DAY 1: HANOI – HA LONG BAY Meals: Breakfast not included / Lunch / Dinner

07:45–08:15: The vehicle and tour guide will pick you up from hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and near the Hanoi Opera House for the journey to Ha Long Bay.

Important note: Under the new regulations effective from July 1, 2026, vehicles with more than 16 seats are prohibited from entering the core area of Hanoi’s Old Quarter during peak hours, from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30. Therefore, if your hotel is located within the restricted area, the vehicle and tour guide may not be able to pick you up directly at the hotel. The tour guide will direct you to the nearest and most convenient pickup point outside the restricted area. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

11:30–12:00: Arrive at Ha Long Port. The group will gather in the waiting area, where the tour guide will assist with purchasing and distributing tickets before boarding the boat to begin exploring the bay. The boat will pass numerous large and small islands in a variety of shapes, including the famous Fighting Cock Islet and Stone Dog Islet. Enjoy lunch on board.

14:00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island and visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. Continue to Luon Cave, where you can explore by kayak or traditional bamboo boat (kayak and bamboo boat fees are not included). After approximately 30 minutes of kayaking, return to the boat and continue to Titop Island. Relax and swim at Titop Beach, known for its white sandy shore, or hike to the summit of Titop Mountain for panoramic views of Ha Long Bay.

16:30: Return to the boat for the journey back to the harbor. Relax on the sundeck, sunbathe, listen to music, and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery of Ha Long Bay.

17:30: Arrive at the harbor. The vehicle will transfer you to your hotel for check-in and relaxation.

19:00: Enjoy dinner. In the evening, explore Ha Long at your leisure, including the Night Market and Food Street.

DAY 2: HA LONG PARK – YEN TU – HANOI Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner not included

06:30: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then check out.

07:00–07:15: The vehicle will pick you up for the journey to Yen Tu Mountain.

Upon arrival, your tour guide will accompany you through the magnificent forests of Yen Tu. Visit To Tower, where the relics of King Tran Nhan Tong are preserved, Hoa Yen Pagoda, and Mot Mai Pagoda.

Continue to the cable car station and take the second cable car line. Along the way, pay your respects at the An Ky Sinh Statue and the Buddha stele. Continue to Dong Pagoda, located at an altitude of 1,068 meters above sea level, where you can pay homage and admire the spectacular mountain and forest scenery from the summit.

11:30: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, depart for Hanoi.

17:00: Arrive in Hanoi. End of the tour. We look forward to welcoming you again!

Air-conditioned tourist vehicle with 7–45 seats, depending on group size, for transfers according to the itinerary.
Ha Long Bay sightseeing boat: a new, well-maintained 48-seat steel boat. Reference photos are provided below the tour program.
Ha Long Bay sightseeing ticket and Yen Tu entrance ticket.
Note: Ticket surcharges or refunds may apply depending on actual ticket prices at the time of travel. If ticket prices increase, guests will pay the difference; if prices decrease, the corresponding amount will be deducted or refunded.
Three main meals, with a budget of VND 120,000 per meal. Meal quality may vary depending on the number of meals ordered.
One hotel breakfast, served as a buffet or a set menu depending on the actual number of guests.
One night's accommodation at the selected 3- or 4-star hotel in Bai Chay, based on two guests per room. Guests with odd-numbered bookings may need to share a triple room.

TIPS FOR THE DRIVER AND TOUR GUIDE

Tips are entirely voluntary and depend on your satisfaction with the service. As a general guideline, a minimum of VND 50,000 per guest per day is customary.

Children aged 1–4: Tour services are free of charge, except for the separate seat on the vehicle and the seat on the Ha Long Bay sightseeing boat, which are charged according to the latest regulations on the maximum number of passengers permitted in each vehicle and applicable transport rules.
Important note: Parents are responsible for any other additional expenses. Each two adults may accompany only one child aged 1–4 free of charge. From the second child onward, the child will be charged 75% of the adult tour price. If one adult travels with one child aged 1–4, the child must also pay 75% of the adult tour price and receive the corresponding services for a child paying 75%.
Children aged 5–9: Pay 75% of the adult tour price. This includes meals, child sightseeing tickets where adult tickets are included in the tour, and a separate seat on the vehicle. For tours lasting two days or more with hotel accommodation, children must share a bed with their parents.
Children aged 5–9 who are taller than 120 cm and cannot present a student card or other valid photo identification must pay an additional VND 150,000 for an adult sightseeing ticket.
Please note: Ha Long Port Authority does not accept birth certificates for this purpose.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON PURCHASING SEAFOOD

Seafood must be packed in clean, securely sealed foam boxes. The driver reserves the right to refuse transportation if seafood is not properly packaged.
Seafood must not be brought into the passenger seating area. The driver reserves the right to refuse transportation if guests purchase excessive quantities of seafood that cannot fit in the vehicle's luggage compartment.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

All guests must bring valid identification documents, such as a national ID card or passport. Children under 14 must bring at least a birth certificate. Guests aged 14 and above must carry a valid national ID card or passport.
We recommend bringing basic medication for diarrhea, stomach discomfort, colds, and fever.
Vegetarian guests are advised to bring additional vegetarian food to suit their dietary preferences.
Tour services that guests choose not to use are non-refundable unless the non-use is caused by the tour operator.
If sightseeing ticket prices change after booking, including changes made without prior notice by the attraction, guests must pay any price difference.
The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing stops according to actual conditions on each departure date, provided that all attractions listed in the itinerary remain included.
