Children Policy

• Children under 2 years: 750,000 VND/child (no extra bed).
• Children 2 – 5 years: 750,000 VND/child (no extra bed).
• Children 5 – 12 years: 2,370,000 VND/child (no extra bed).
• Children over 12 years: 3,750,000 VND/person (extra bed included).
• Extra Bed: 600,000 VND/bed/room + applicable child surcharge.

Room Capacity:

• Maximum 2 children under 12 years sharing a cabin with 2 adults.
• Maximum 1 child over 12 years + 1 child under 12 years sharing with 2 adults.

Cabin Upgrade Fee

Cruise 1

• Ambassador Premium: +500,000 VND/cabin/night
• Ambassador Suites: +1,875,000 VND/cabin/night
• Ambassador Captain Suite: +2,500,000 VND/cabin/night
• President Suite: +15,000,000 VND/cabin/night

Cruise 3

• Executive Ambassador Balcony: +500,000 VND/cabin/night
• Ambassador Balcony Suite: +1,875,000 VND/cabin/night
• Captain’s View Ambassador Suite: +2,500,000 VND/cabin/night

Holiday Surcharge

• Christmas (24 Dec) & New Year’s Eve (31 Dec) – Gala Dinner included: 1,250,000 VND/pax
• Lunar New Year (29/12 – 03/01 Lunar Calendar): 700,000 VND/pax
• Other holidays: 30 Apr & 1 May follow contract policy.
• Holiday surcharge applies to all markets.
• Children Holiday Surcharge:
• Under 2 years: 50% of adult surcharge
• 2 – 5 years: 75% of adult surcharge
• 6 – 12 years: 85% of adult surcharge
• Over 12 years: same as adult

Additional surcharges may apply according to government holiday regulations.
