Check-in InstructionsGuests are required to arrive at the check-in lounge at least 30 minutes before departure time. Please present your passport or valid identification at the reception desk for registration. After completing the check-in procedure, guests will be transferred to the cruise by tender boat. Luggage will be handled by the cruise staff and delivered to your cabin. For safety reasons, guests must follow the crew’s instructions during boarding and the safety briefing. |

Directions to Aimee CruiseGuests will check in at Halong International Cruise Port , located at No. 9 Ha Long Street, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. 1. Traveling from HanoiThe distance from Hanoi to Ha Long is approximately 160 km, and the travel time is about 2.5 – 3 hours via the Hanoi – Hai Phong – Ha Long Expressway. Transportation options include: Limousine / Shuttle Bus: Pick-up from hotels in the Old Quarter area between 08:00 – 08:30 AM. Private Car / Taxi: Travel via the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway and continue to the Hai Phong – Ha Long Expressway directly to Ha Long City. 2. Check-in LocationPlease arrive at Halong International Cruise Port to complete the check-in procedures before boarding. Check-in time: 11:30 – 11:45 AM Boarding time: Around 12:00 – 12:15 PM Cruise departure: Around 12:30 PM At the waiting lounge, guests will: Confirm booking information Enjoy a welcome drink Receive boarding instructions from the cruise staff 3. Vk chồng tôi đã có 1 đám cưới thực sự tuyệt vời trên Du thuyền Catherine, sân khấu ở phần trên của tàu, với view rất đẹp. Tôi đã được bạn Sales Duẩn của Hà Nội Vip Tours tư vấn rất chi tiết cho đám cưới của vk ck tôi. Tổ chức đám cưới trên du thuyền là 1 ấn tượng vô cùng ý nghĩa với vk ck và gia đình tôi. Một bữa tiệc hoàn hảo, món ăn ngon đầy đặn. Khung cảnh Vịnh hạ Long đẹp tuyệt vời. chúng tôi đã có Hàng trăm pic ảnh kỷ niệm cùng người thân và gia đình trongg khoảnh khắc hạnh phúc đó.
